QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Federal Tax Code: Federal income tax should be abolished. If still exists the rate should be flat for all income levels.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Healthcare should be removed from government spending, federal and state. Healthcare would be affordable if government was removed from that industry. Non-profits or very limited government assistance would provide for those unable to pay for healthcare themselves. In addition, the federal government should be removed from most infrastructure spending. States or coalition of states could and would better pinpoint needs and financing.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Education is already funded if you serve in the military. Also, why pay more in government taxes so as to indoctrinate our children as marxists even more?

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The rules of reasonable alternative accommodation should occur.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D) healthcare would be affordable if government were removed from the financial equation entirely. Healthcare costs skyrocketed when Medicaid and Medicare were introduced.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Halt immigration from terrorist producing nations.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

The United States is blessed because we are a guardian of Israel.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

English speaking aliens who have skills to provide for themselves and who will enhance the culture of the United States; and not diminish our distinct culture.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

This is a historic fact.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Fundamentalist Christian and denomination is Baptist. Educated and graduated from a conservative Baptist High School. Christ is Lord and Savior. Scriptural based belief system.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

All electronic voting machines need receipt capabilities and ballot box backup. Eliminate mail-in voting or drive-through voting for anyone under the age of 65 years of age or certified disabled or military. Eliminate auto-mailing of absentee ballots except for military. All absentee ballots should be requested at each voting opportunity except for military. Absentee ballots must be closely monitored and strictly controlled.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism in any form is a threat to domestic security and national unity. This includes racism and reverse-racism. America should be a color-blind society but free speech and thought is still a constitutional right. Racism should not be provoked by any group or ethnicity or government. Government should not favor one race over another.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Instead of reparations, all taxpayers should be awarded with lower taxes.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

See Adam Smith in Wealth of Nations. Justice system, roads, military, police and fire. Protect the borders. Some public works are acceptable but should be limited.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Social and fiscal conservative.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

No

- Pro Life: Advance Pro-life even further to completely eliminate abortion in Texas. - Gender Surgery on Minors: Protect minors from gender modification surgery or other permanent alterations in Texas. - Vaccine Mandates: Ban Federal and State vaccine mandates in Texas. - Property Taxes: Residential Homesteads in Texas should have a much lower appraisal cap. Introduce an appraisal cap on Commercial and Rental property in Texas. - Transportation: Transportation projects in the High Plains region to include Ports-to-Plains corridor, outer Loop 88. - Higher Education: Ensure Texas Tech obtains the same funding that other flagship universities in Texas receive. Ensure that our public universities are not indoctrinating students to any left-wing political or philosophical system.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Age restricted from minors unless with parental consent.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
