QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer dollars should not be used to fund abortion providers. Public funds should support healthcare that protects life and supports mothers and families, not procedures that end unborn life.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I believe unborn life should be protected. Elective abortions should not be permitted and I support current Texas law.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Every human life has inherent value and deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

Human embryos should be treated with dignity and protected from purposeful destruction, whether created naturally or through artificial means.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Agree

I support enforcing existing laws as written by Congress. The Comstock Act reflects long-standing federal policy regarding the distribution of abortion-inducing drugs, and enforcement should be handled consistently with constitutional limits and due process.

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

I oppose government-mandated increases to the minimum wage. Wages should be set by the market, skills, and experience, not one-size-fits-all mandates that can reduce jobs and hurt small businesses.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Strong property rights and free enterprise are essential to economic growth, innovation, and personal opportunity. When government protects ownership and limits interference, individuals and businesses can thrive.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

My priorities include eliminating duplicative government programs, auditing agencies for waste and abuse, reducing unnecessary regulations, strengthening oversight of taxpayer-funded contracts, and prioritizing core government functions over politically driven spending.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It means the government should not control religion or interfere with the free exercise of faith. It does not mean removing faith, religious expression, or moral convictions from public life.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

No individual or business should be forced by the government to violate sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. Protecting religious liberty is essential to a free society.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

I believe healthcare decisions should be made by patients and doctors, not the government. Private healthcare options should remain available for all who want them, with a limited government role focused on access, transparency, and protecting the most vulnerable.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

I strongly oppose government tracking of individuals’ medical conditions. Personal health information should remain private, and government databases of this nature raise serious concerns about privacy, abuse, and government overreach.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest long-term threat to U.S. national security. It engages in military expansion, cyber espionage, intellectual property theft, and economic coercion. The United States must respond with strength, vigilance, and strategic deterrence.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes. Israel is one of America’s strongest and most reliable allies in the Middle East. Supporting Israel strengthens U.S. national security, promotes regional stability, and reinforces our shared commitment to democracy, counterterrorism, and the defense of innocent life.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

I strongly oppose sanctuary city policies. These policies interfere with law enforcement, shield criminals from accountability, and put communities at risk. They undermine the rule of law, endanger public safety, and prevent cooperation between local law enforcement and federal authorities. Immigration laws should be enforced consistently and responsibly.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

I strongly support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and returning control to states, local school districts, and parents. Education decisions should be made closest to students, not dictated by federal bureaucrats who are disconnected from local needs.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Foreign governments should have no role in funding or influencing American education. Allowing foreign money into our schools and universities poses serious national security, academic integrity, and ideological risks.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Government should support families. Parents have the primary responsibility and authority to make decisions about their children’s health, education, and upbringing.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children deserve protection, not irreversible medical or social experimentation. Decisions that permanently alter a child’s body or identity should not be imposed on minors.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

I believe marriage is a sacred institution rooted in faith and tradition, and government should respect and protect that foundation rather than redefine it.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Neutral

This is an issue that should ultimately be decided by Texas voters. Matters of this scale deserve broad public input through the democratic process. My focus is ensuring Texans have a clear voice and that any proposal or vote reflects the will of the people.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My faith and values guide how I live and serve. I believe in personal responsibility, integrity, respect for life, and service to others. I value family, faith, hard work, and accountability. These principles shape my commitment to protecting children, supporting parents, defending individual liberty, and serving my community with honesty and humility.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Free and fair elections depend on secure processes. Photo identification is a reasonable, commonsense requirement that protects the integrity of the vote, prevents fraud, and ensures confidence in election outcomes. Every legal voter’s ballot should count, and safeguards are essential to preserve trust in our elections.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

I oppose reparations based on race. Government policy should treat individuals equally under the law, not divide Americans by race or ancestry. Opportunity should be expanded through education, work, and economic growth — not race-based redistribution.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

I strongly support protecting women’s sports and private spaces. Biological differences matter, and allowing biological males into women’s sports or spaces undermines fairness, safety, and the hard-earned opportunities of women and girls.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

I believe environmental stewardship matters, but I do not support alarmist policies that harm our economy, raise energy costs, or weaken American energy independence. Solutions should be driven by innovation, not mandates or government overreach.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Reliable baseload energy like natural gas and nuclear power is essential to meet growing demand. Texas energy production strengthens grid reliability, keeps costs affordable, and supports American energy independence.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a constitutional conservative who believes in limited government, individual responsibility, strong public safety, secure borders, religious liberty, and protecting life, families, and American sovereignty.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The primary goal of the criminal justice system is to protect innocent people, hold offenders accountable, and uphold the rule of law. Justice must prioritize public safety, support victims, deter crime, and ensure consequences for criminal behavior while respecting constitutional rights.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

I strongly agree. Protecting children from online predators is a core responsibility of government. Law enforcement must have the tools and resources necessary to investigate, prosecute, and stop those who exploit children, while holding offenders fully accountable.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

I strongly agree. The United States is governed by the Constitution and the rule of law. No foreign or religious legal system should ever supersede or be incorporated into American law.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Law-abiding citizens should not face additional restrictions on their constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Public safety is best protected by enforcing existing laws, prosecuting violent criminals, and keeping firearms out of the hands of convicted felons — not by punishing responsible gun owners.
