RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am 100% Pro-Life from the womb to the tomb, and I believe that we should support the family structure by enhancing opportunities for adoption and other alternatives to abortion. Abortion should only be allowed in cases of rape or incest as reported to law enforcement and/or medical professionals.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

If Roe v. Wade is overturned by the US Supreme Court, how far are you willing to go to roll back North Carolina's statutory abortion law that allows abortion up to 20 weeks?

Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, we are evaluating all of our options to protect the Right to Life. A lot of what we are able to accomplish is dependent on winning a majority on the state Supreme Court.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
