QUESTIONNAIRE*

*Additional information was received after the evaluation was assigned and was not considered in the Panel Evaluations, therefore it is for additional educational purposes only.
RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

It is a violation of a person's 1st amendment to require our tax dollars to pay for procedures that we deem as unbiblical. Federally funding abortions with our tax dollars does not give us the liberty to practice religion how we interpret the Bible.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

God is the giver and taker of life

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only to save the life of the mother, when there is no way possible for both lives to live.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Simplify it! Flat tax so everyone has the same sacrifice. Standard deduction that is higher than the current rate but eliminate all the complicated tax code. Less government involvement the better.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

As a minister I should have the right to choose which weddings I perform. We also need to preach against sin, God did not make a mistake when he made Male and Female, we need the protection of the constitution to stand up and call everything else a sin.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Government shall not pass laws which prohibit us from the establishment or practice of religion. However, the church should be able to state which candidates support the churches view and in return which candidates the church supports.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

NONE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C) But Medicaid should be temporary and only available until the individual can find a job.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened, however, America's security needs to take priority. We can fight for freedom on foreign soil, with thousands of illegal immigrants threating our national security every week.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I fully stand with and support Israel! All other religions and countries need to do the same!

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Sanction every country who harbors them. If a country will not give up the Islamic terrorist, then we will consider it an act of war. They must be stopped at all cost!

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Finish the tall wall! We need point of entry for everyone to come and go legally. All trespassers need to be warned, then stopped if they do not adhere to our laws. A double fence with guard dogs would be a good deterrent.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone with legal papers, who come through customs, applies for citizenship, and can prove they will not be a financial burden to the tax payer or government. Also, the citizenship test will only be administered in English.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Protected classes should only be something an individual has no control over such as color, race, or handicap. Sexual orientation is never wrong, males have male body parts and dna, females have female body parts and dna. Gender identity is a choice, and you cannot choose to become a protected class.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

There are no institutions that are fundamentally racist. Racism is an individual choice, not a product of an institution.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am an Apostolic Pentecostal preacher, I believe that every individual has sinned, and we all have the right and privilege to repent of their sins, be baptized in Jesus Name, and receive the Holy Spirit, evidenced by speaking in other tongues. This promise is for us today and I am not ashamed to say that I follow this practice. I believe that the Bible tells us to love everyone, not accept everyone, and so I continually pray to be led by the Holy Spirit so that I can be an example of Christ's love, That love will open my arms to anyone, but also encourage them to turn from their sin and walk in God's grace.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I need a photo to check out a library book, fly on a plane, buy a house, pick up a package at UPS, drive a car, or enter a secured facility. I should also be required to show a photo ID to vote. If you do not have one, let us know and we will gladly get you one, free of charge.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

This is tricky from a federal point of view. We do not want the federal government to dictate what the states do. HB -1 was a horrible bill that passed through the House and was killed by the Senate. I would like to see an Amendment that says only legal citizens can vote, discuss a time frame of citizenship, and federal issued ID.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Although I condemn slavery and everything associated with it. Paying reparations for something that ended in 1865 is not moving us forward.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

It can be. I have met some extremely racist black people that want to kill every white person and replace them with black leaders. The radical Islamic Muslims believe that everyone who is not a Muslim is an infidel and needs to be killed. Any form of racism and bigotry based on the color of skin, race, or religion could be a threat to national security. One of the many reasons that I am against CRT

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Joe Biden is a liar! He specifically told the people of Pennsylvania that he would not stop fracking. The first thing he did was stop it. We need our oil and natural gas to be energy independent.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) We need to lighten up the restrictions of the Green New Deal so we can open our coal mines back up and put 40,000 Virginians back to work!

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Interview with Hampton Roads Black Caucus, social media.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

We need to fix our economy, we do this by getting out of the Green New Deal, opening our coal mines and pipeline back up. Protect the Constitution - Free speech, and 2nd Amendment, and 4th Amendment are all under attack. We need to give ALL unvaccinated military personnel their job back, automatically reinstate them to a rank 1 level higher than when they were illegally discharged and give them back pay.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Our Police officers are our hero's! They need more money and some of that money needs to be allocated for their mental health.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

That is an oxymoron. The opposite is true. No gun restrictions will lead to greater public safety. There is a reason that the 2nd Amendment is the only one that says "and it shall not be infringed upon" We need to carry whenever, and wherever we feel we need to protect ourselves.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

With that logic, every victim of a drunk driver should be able to sue the beer company, every victim of distracted driving should be able to sue the phone manufacture and service provider, and the list goes on. No gun has ever killed an individual, people kill people, not guns. we need to promote the sanctity of Human life and that your actions will have consequences!
