Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

I oppose infanticide, the killing of children. While I oppose committing suicide, I regard doing so to be a natural right, and I oppose criminalizing providing assistance.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
Schools should provide a shelter of safety and support for students and their families. School staff should report and protect students from abuse, family violence, and assault, and facilitate emergency medical treatment in any crisis.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
The Ten Commandments should not be displayed in public school buildings or court houses.

Atheism is a religion, so rather than exclusion of teaching religious and spiritual principles, a well rounded secular education should address comparison of religions.
At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.

Although students are not considered to have the full rights of citizenship, the freedom of speech is rightly and plainly protected by both the US and Texas constitutions.

What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
I support providing the guaranteed system of public education for all children as a Texas constitutional right. However, private schools and adult colleges should require that tuition be paid by their customer users rather than solely relying on taxpayer expense.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

I think private schools could make vaccination a condition of enrollment, and public schools could require vaccination for graduation if the requirement were in place at the time of enrollment. However, alternatives, exemptions, and transfers should be available to those who object for cause.
