OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

in case of incest and rape

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Simplify the code, less government intrusion into personal information. The IRS has way too much power.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

They should be completely separate.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None whatsoever!

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. Few people completely understand what is available in our country. Taxpayers do fund many of the migrants and I completely disagree with that. Americans that have paid into the system and fall on hard times should have assistance. However, making Americans pay higher premiums to cover that I am completely against.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. Let's start with our own open border, inflation, gas prices and a corrupt government would be a great start.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Our government has exploited the Patriot Act that has invaded the rights of Americans. The FBI states that they have more investigations domestically than foreign. In the past, the FBI had information about terrorist and didn't act on it. Let's do a better job of putting honest leaders in our government organizations.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

The biggest threat to our country are the open borders. We must close them, deport those here illegally, support the border patrol and finish the wall. In February, we had 164,000 migrants hit our borders.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Professionals that can contribute and prove they will not end up on welfare. We currently have so many illegals, it will take years to deport them all. How can we even talk about letting more in when our welfare system and the border patrol are overwhelmed.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe who a person is shows in their demeanor. A person should not have to tell you but rather show you who they are. I believe in fairness even though life isn't fair. I believe in honesty even when it's not comfortable to do so. I believe in helping others quietly. I believe in doing on to others as I would have them do on to me.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Voter ID should always be required for everyone. There should always be a chain of custody. Tallying machines should never be hooked up to the internet. Better yet, hand count the votes.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

That is an agenda promoted by the far left. It has nothing to do with reality. BLM created riots, destroying property with very little consequences. Turns out, all the money donated to the movement did not go to the black community. The movement was corrupt from the beginning. America is the land of opportunity and the Blacks that wanted to take advantage of it, did so.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. Look at our higher gas prices that in return, create higher prices everywhere. Our gas is cleaner for the environment than getting it from Russia or Iran. We are not in a position yet to transfer to renewable energy. I have a property that is all solar and wind energy but most people are still dependent on gas.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Don Merrill interviewed me and it is on Oregon2022info I also was interviewed by the Portland television station KATU

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I believe that campaign money and the lack of term limits are the greatest reasons we have corruption in Washington. Dark money and big commitments flood Washington and why our laws do not favor our citizens. I grew up in Eastern Oregon and the past two decades, I have spent most of my time there. I know the people and what their needs are. I am one of them and owe no one other than them, my vote.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. If a citizen commits a crime, they go to jail. We have laws already on the books. As in Australia, take away the guns and government will have full control over the citizens. Also, the only ones that will have guns are the criminals. With all the crazies out there, we need them for protection. There is a reason it was the 2nd amendment, it was that important.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
