OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

In regards to assisted suicide, if someone with a terminal illness wishes to no longer suffer and be kept alive in excruciating pain or in an artificial capacity, they should have the freedom to make that decision on their own, as a last resort. All stipulations regarding this would have to be considered.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am pro-life, with compassion in cases that involve rape, incest, and/or where the life of the mother is at risk. Any law passed addressing abortion, must consider ALL potential extenuating circumstances but should ultimately be left up to the individual states to decide.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

We need to cut out the reckless spending we have seen in Washington for decades. We also need to make sure that we are using American taxpayer dollars here in America, not abroad being the world police.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

When it comes to taxes, the American people work hard for their money, and therefore they should be able to keep more of it. Our elected officials often resort to raising taxes to solve our problems, furthering the financial burden millions of Americans struggle with every day. Instead of raising taxes, it’s time to start reforming the government that imposes those taxes in an effort for it to work better for the people and not the politicians. In regards to the tax code, it must be simplified.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

I believe in the separation of church and state. The federal government has no right to recognize or favor one religion over another and most importantly, we should be encouraging our religious values, not silencing them.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Under ZERO circumstances should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Under the Trump Administration, we saw first hand how strong leadership proved to be effecting in the international arena, especially when it came to addressing the threat of Islamic terrorism. With the new administration, we are seeing exactly what weak leadership gets us on this issue and the reckless withdrawal from Afghanistan outlined that perfectly — Islamic terror groups have started to reemerge. We have to address this issue and we must begin to dismantle the jihadist ideology that has led to terrorist attacks around the world.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

As the son of an immigrant, I fully support the process of immigrating to the United States legally. The U.S. has long been a beacon of liberty and freedom in the World. I'm honored to live in a country that offers so much opportunity to its people and those who choose to come here in hopes of living a more prosperous life. As I support legal immigration, I cannot stress how important it is that we secure our borders and reaffirm the pride of those individuals who have pursued their citizenship legitimately. I support a pause on immigration until we officially secure our Southern Border and address the crisis we are seeing there in terms of illegal immigrants flooding our border and being distributed in cities around the country.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was born and raised Catholic and as a practicing Catholic, I do believe in God.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would propose the following laws to improve voting practices: - Enact voter ID laws requiring a valid ID to vote. - Make Election Day a National Holiday. - Ban the use of unsolicited mail-in ballots. - Ban ballot harvesting nationwide. - Ban private money given to local groups used to target voter turnout or manipulate elections.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism will only be a threat if the American People allow it to be. We are all Americans and we all face the same challenges. While we may have different avenues of addressing and overcoming those challenges, I do not believe that racism is a threat to domestic security in the United States.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I've been a conservative my whole life, I am proud of that, and it will never change.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am the only candidate in my race that 1) has spent over a year talking to the constituents I want to represent in Washington 2) the only candidate that got into this race before it became politically convenient to do so after redistricting 3) the only candidate that is willing to adopt policies that will put America First and 3) I am a political outsider that is ready, willing , and able to put the people of my home state first once I get to Congress. In terms of legislative priorities: I want to immediately act on Term Limits for both chambers of Congress, I believe that America needs to become energy independent, we need to immediately secure our Southern Border and address the immigration crisis, we need to act on legislation that will secure our electoral process and eliminate fraud, I am pro Second Amendment and will always fight to protect our right to keep and bear arms, and I will fight to make sure that we put our country and its people first again. I am a true conservative running to take the power back from the corrupt and give it back to the people, the way our Founding Fathers intended it to be.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

We need to FUND our police, not defund them. Our communities are safer because the members of our law enforcement community put their lives on the line and exemplify exactly what bravery is every single time they are out in the community. Once in Congress, our men and women of law enforcement will have someone they can rely on.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. "Shall not be infringed" is abundantly clear.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
