What is your position on the minimum wage?
Florida needs to have a fair wage. We have to balance it with the success of small businesses that cannot compete by paying for technology to compete with franchises. It is an entry point for employees. This may need to be a county by county issue.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Cut our taxes and cut the spending! STOP THE PORK PROJECTS! Over Development has caused much of this state's spending to bail out our infrastructure from development, Stop the Development!

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
"Separation of church and state" means Freedom of Religion, it DOES not interpret to "Freedom FROM Religion." We each have a right to worship in the church, denomination, and faith of our choosing, but this DOES NOT mean we have to hide our faith! We were founded on Christian principles and a belief in the Creator. Our founding fathers came here to escape a State Church, let us never forget or take that for granted.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I fall in between B and C. I believe all should have the right to private insurance. For those that choose not to carry private insurance a healthcare exchange is the best option. The reality is to make that work, it will need some government financial support.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

It is a very important relationship. However, we need to always be growing our alliances throughout the Middle East. Alliances among all the countries abroad are important to peace and stability.

I believe this to be true. However, we have to be careful in bringing others to the cross that we are not pushing them farther away from it by being seen as a Theocracy. You can see how that is working out in Iran. Churches should not have to perform marriages for any relationship outside this definition and Christian Adoption services should not have to work against their beliefs to service outside this definition.

I am a red letter reading, Gospel believing, Christ follower. I believe in the Great Commission and taking the Word outside the four walls. I have completed the Masters in Theology (MATS) and Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Liberty University.

Both sides of my family were non-English speaking immigrants in the 1900's. Many settled through the coal mines of Pennsylvania. There is opportunity in this great nation for all peoples of all backgrounds. The Government should be focused on ensuring opportunity for all, rather than financially supporting and controlling all.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

I do not align with the propaganda on this issue. We must be stewards of the land, that is all of us, Globally. There are some countries and specific industries that should be using more environmentally sound methods of production; i.e. Industrial, Agriculture, etc. But the 'Green New Deal' is a hoax that just pushes industries with climate impacts off to other nations that we do not personally witness.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
New Technology Nuclear is the safest and cleanest form of energy. However, these do not belong in our neighborhoods as portable units, they belong in secure sites.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
It should not be an industry for profit. The criminal justice system should aim to be a place to create reform and purpose so that we can break the cycle of repeat offenders and convictions. This is financially and socially draining on society. This is a Big problem that will need BIGGER ideas.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
This needs a commonsense and constructive discussion. I am Pro-2A. But, did you know I need a hunter safety class with a range day to walk in the woods, away from other people, and hunt a turkey? Is it too much to ask everyone (other than honorably discharged veterans and trained law enforcement) to have a gun safety class before carrying a gun into the grocery store or gym? I think most Conservatives and Independents are ready to have some constructive discussions about the issue.
