QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should be used in the rare circumstances that are attributed below: - Incest - Risk of Death to the Mother And done in a timely manner that does not allow for the rights of the child to be infringed upon.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
I believe that the moral fabric of our country was founded upon religious liberty, respect for empowering the individual, and the values of the one and true almighty God. With that being said, our State must not infringe with our religious liberty as that is a violation of the U.S. Constitution.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
I believe that the United States of America must have a strong stance via foreign policy that protects our country's interests, freedom, and allies without compromising our domestic affairs or our moral fabric on the global stage.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
I believe that the United States of America must support, empower, and utilize our diplomatic and (if necessary) military strength via cyber, etc. to battle radical Islamic terrorist groups and/or proxy organizations. This can be done with a strong understanding of the Islamic religion and coalition building, and requiring that the rest of the world understands that this threat is not only the responsibility of the United States, but is a global threat that must be eradicated. With that being said, in order to help solve this problem, we must first identify, understand, and enforce foreign policy measures that are effective in 2022.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
The FEDERAL Gov. cannot require vaccinations on its citizens and/or impede upon one's personal choice. However, countless schools, businesses, universities, and other entities have required vaccinations (that have gone through vigorous tests for efficacy) as a common practice in the past.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I oppose universal healthcare and I oppose removing the private sector from healthcare as an option. I believe that we need to have a system that allows for our private sector to compete by offering the best healthcare options for our citizens, as well as Gov. assistance to those who absolutely need it. I believe we must protect our seniors and the most vulnerable. I believe that we (as a people and as a nation) do not believe that we should disregard our seniors and the vulnerable.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
We must make our current tax code more comprehensive, allow for deductions and credits that are in-line with today's socioeconomic society. Our current tax code needs to empower the opportunity for commerce and economic development, increase our domestic economy output, and allow for all Americans to pay less taxes from their hard earned income.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Legal immigration laws should be upheld and illegal immigration should be stopped by the necessary agencies. I believe that we must look at our current immigration laws, evaluate the backlogs for Visas, enforce a strict and/or merit-based program, and an asylum structure that is adequate given today's global threats and growing global population. The United States of America is the most generous nation on Earth and understands our strength is in our diversity, and I am confident that our immigration laws, when properly followed, will yield to the best results for our country.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I believe that if it is illegal for you to own a gun, you must not own a gun. For example, it is illegal for a 10 year old to own a gun.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
As a first-generation American and Native Texan, I am running because I am shocked by Washington D.C. abusing its powers at the expense of the American people. I want to challenge those who are ungrateful for the blessings of living in America. My parents escaped from repression in their home country of Iran before the fall of the Shah. Growing up, I would listen to refugees on political asylum telling stories of torture at the hands of a tyrannical government. As a former public school teacher, soccer coach, and current entrepreneur, I know opportunity exists for every American. I hear a divided message of who we are as a nation, and want to restore the true narrative of our country. With that being said, there are areas, issues, and battles that lie ahead that the next generation of conservative leaders must be equipped, elected and supported to fight. Regarding my legislative priorities, please visit my website.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
As a Christian, I believe that there is one almighty God, and that we as a people have the right to worship without infringement of our Government telling us how to worship, practice our faith(s), and/or impose Government interference on religion. I believe that God has a plan for all of us and that practicing the right moral values, character, and integrity, will yield to God's will.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would require voter I.D., reversal of any (FED) legislation that limits the cleaning of voter rolls, and require that all elections can be audited if there is evidence of voter fraud by multiple independent entities.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is something that our country has fought a Civil War over. Our past cannot be forgotten, as our founding documents state that we as a people are always striving to be a more perfect Union. I firmly believe that any entities, groups, and/or organizations that are designed to entice violence, hatred, or harm a group of people based upon their race, religion, or any targeted class of a people is a domestic threat and are not the values we uphold as Americans. American values believe that we are all equal as citizens and denounce any racism of any kind. Therefore, I believe that any groups operating with the intentions above are a threat that we must eradicate.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
I believe our energy independence and protecting our environment is possible with today's technology
