Tami is appalled with the activism that would give Americas the right to have abortions out past 4 months, Tami prefers a 3 month /12 week / 1st trimester standard which was the legal standard instituted in the United States before the Casey v Planned Parenthood viability standard became the law of the land. In arguing abortion law, one must understand that history has shown that the overwhelming majority of abortions in America have been performed in the first 8 weeks of pregnancy. This data forces one to ask or question why any State or Republican wants to give States the power and authority to perform late term abortions. Who are the late term abortions for and why do Republican States support such legislation that would give States the powers to regulate and implement laws that give a woman the right to have a late term abortion in America? Late term abortions are abortions performed from 5 months of pregnancy to the time the mother delivers the child. Lastly, Tami wants all women who are victims of rape, incest, and maternal health risks (mothers’ life or child life at risk) to have access to the medical care required for ending a pregnancy and she wants no person or organization to intimidate or put stigma on those women. Technically, it remains the DEFINITION of abortion, which is another reason Tami believes Government funding should be available for women who need abortions due to rape, incest or maternal health. It is important to understand that today America has a high number of deaths associated with Maternal Health, and today USA is ranked one of the worst in the World on death rates associated with Maternal Health incidents.

Gov is to mediate the philosophy of State of Nature; therefore, Gov is to ensure people have the means to secure, achieve, and maintain their Constitutional Rights of life, property, liberty, law, and happiness. The Gov is to provide a society where people can live, if homes cost $300,000 and only 25% can afford a home the solution is not to hand others money, problem is WHY can't they afford life. Either Gov controls property costs or provide jobs with incomes so all citizens can afford a home.

The USA Constitution has ruled numerous times on two principles: which elected official and which department has the POWER to MANDATE; and WHEN should one have the POWER to Mandate. Tami has been consistent since day one on the Disease of COVID, her actions and her activism is based on the virus rate and ability to infect and spread, the death rate, and the availability of medical supplies, masks, vaccines, oxygen, ICU rooms, etc. The question is when would Tami Require or Support Vaccinations? Tami would recommend vaccinations based on utilizing the data for active infections in an establishment; based on the number of employees/students hospitalized and or dead during a period of time. For example, if a plant had 50 dead and 50% of its work force out; Tami would support the owners call to mandate vaccinations in his plant. In summary, the individual with authority would have to determine by use of evidence if a Vaccination Mandate was required for the protection of illness and or death. Recognizing many are upset about vaccines and COVID; Tami believes the reason is the unprofessional behavior by many elected officials thinking it is funny to destabilize and push misinformation. Tami lives with the principles that all persons are born with a personality and that personality drives many of their fears, concerns, and disposition in life. People should not be abused for born with a personality of no fear or fear; and people should not be abused for others to get rich; people should not be abused for they born without the skill to analyze data on their own; and families should not be abused for numerous personalities and the media created hysteria.

In summary our current Federal Government is too unprofessional on this subject; we need a complex solution as this question correctly displayed is it A, B, or C; the solution should not be for four years the system for healthcare for Americans should be complex and sophisticated enough to stand for 50 years and the solution should be supported by all States and Americans. We have a crisis in healthcare which includes: abusing the population with over medicalization and providing to many types of services; the inability to afford common health care procedures; the risk of bankruptcy or life time debt for healthcare services are too expensive in relation to incomes; the declining rate of businesses offering healthcare to its employees; the affordability or the ability to afford buying insurance if your employer does not provide insurance and one does not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare. Our government must mature; this is a sign of oppressive tactics. What was once a common and affordable system has been destroyed and why. Why, we made the public service of health into a business to create jobs and wealth. 30 years ago, the majority of doctors made the same incomes as others in a community as did lawyers; now their incomes and standard of life is unjustifiable; however, they argue they needed incomes to buy homes for the cost of homes escalated; and they needed malpractice insurance; the hospitals became active in pushing doctors into their own practices; and they needed jobs for they all attended college to be a doctor. It is Tami’s opinion that globalization has a powerful global consortium comprised of Academics, Governments, Media and Humanitarians. She believes their teachings, policies, and actions encourage an economic, humanitarian and political environment that creates global apartheid. Where, a small group of individuals from different countries, nationalities, religions, and races use propaganda, fear and power to segregate countries, corporations, organizations and individuals for the benefit of a few. The issues are the size of cities and voting precincts; some form of identification is needed at some point in the process. The size of illegal populations in cities, must be addressed for those States with high illegal and legal populations have recent mathematical associations to Candidates winning. The USA Constitution has declared that States in America have the right to control and regulate their elections; the only method to change that power is to have an amendment. The great MLK achieved with the USA Congress amendment 24 of the USA Constitution, this amendment should help others to understand they have been lied too for political hysteria. The USA Congress has the power to regulate Federal Elections which includes President and USA Congress, as the USA Constitution shows even those powers are limited and most changes or altering of elections need an amendment. An amendment to the USA Constitution takes 2/3 of Congress and3/4 of States to pass to enact. Furthermore, in Shelby County v Holder, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote Section 4 of the Civil Rights voting over-site title was unconstitutional because the standards by which states are judged are "based on decades-old data and eradicated practices." However, the Supreme Court ruled that if Congress showed the evidence today as they did when the two Titles for voting oversight were incorporated into the Civil rights Act of 1964 they could present such data to Congress. Till this day no data or evidence has been submitted, many are being lied to today; however, one must know great professionalism was used during the creation of the oversight Titles placed into the Civil Rights Act. Lastly, as important Amendment 15 carries powers which were not upheld during 1964 and now are formalized; and the Civil Rights Act has even been amended to protect voters thru other means of discrimination protection; finally additional area granted for voter protection is Amendment 14 and the principles carried within the equal protection clause. Personally, I support election reform in having the same method of voting and the same number of days of voting for any Presidential and USA Congress election. Furthermore, I support all activism and legal action against States and Courts who do not support equal protection of voting rights in their States. For example, Governor of KY is voted on in all counties, thus the voters in all the counties should have the same method and number of days to vote for equal protection claims. Today I believe KY upholds those values; however, other States and a Court do not and I disagree with their interpretation of the USA Constitution. Two other voting concerns I have, one is with straight Party Voting and the constitutionality of it for the candidate and for the voter. Of interest I have a Polish-Catholic grandfather who was born in 1894 in Krakow Poland, the town he was born in is recognize throughout the World, for it is the place where the Holocaust took place. My deceased mother was born in 1938 thus my grandfather had already left Poland before the Genocide took place. My mother and father moved to Cadiz KY from New Hampshire in 1998. I was born in 1962 and I was raised and educated in rural NH. I attended Indiana State in 1980 where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers and I also have a Master’s degree in Development with a focus on politics from Wits University in South Africa. With this being my first opportunity to speak to the voters of KY, the media and the members of the Republican and Democrat Parties. I thought it would be appropriate to share that my objective in running for office is to help stop the political and media nightmare that is producing anger, isolation, hate, civil unrest and financial hardships for American citizens. Americans are living in a perpetual state of media and party conflicts. Thus, I hope I can contribute in helping the Republican Party with altering and improving the current hostile political environment that Americans are now constantly subject too. With shock and concern we are witnessing where the majority of Americans are being deprived of their constitutional right to life, liberty, law and property, these rights are granted to citizens in the 14th and 5th Amendments of the USA Constitution. Additionally, our nation is faced with a cost-of-living crisis which further hinders a citizen’s ability to afford, secure and maintain life, liberty, law and property. Ky has a median income of $50,600 with a staggering 16.3% of its population living in poverty, ranking KY 46th in the United States. The number of KY residents living in poverty is approximately 725,419 -- 2019: 4,309,501; White 577,810 (79.7%); Black 94,283 (13%); Hispanic 41,964 (5.8%); Asian 9,106 (1.3%); Native Indian 2,256 (.31%). There are places in policy debates where the use of percent of race is appropriate; however, I am committed to proving that individuals who fall within the majority populations and other sub minority populations are often abused when government officials and media coverage focus on utilizing percent of race for determining coverage, activism, funding and policy action. I am committed to helping all citizens of the United States and all residents of KY. I repeat in KY of the 726 thousand residents living in poverty 578 thousand are white and 94 thousand are black. The 94,000 blacks living in poverty have a 27.8% of race. The 578,000 whites living in poverty have a 15.8% of race. I will advocate for all residents of KY and all citizens who are in poverty, not just the population with the highest percent of race. The morals and ethics are heartbreaking when political leaders want to only assist, focus and cover 94,000 blacks for they have the highest percent of race and ignore the 578,000 whites living in poverty for their percent of race is lower than the black percent of race. The abuse of focusing on % of race has also been witnessed when analyzing healthcare, education, deaths, murders, voting and prison demographics. We must fight to stop this unethical practice of focusing resources on those with the highest percent of race – government officials and media should show concern and activism towards all citizens.
