QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
My plan is this: Congress shall pass an amendment to our constitution prohibiting the act of abortion unless it is medically necessary for the well being of the mother or other child in the womb or in the unfortunate circumstance that rape has been committed. However, if rape becomes widely alleged, this can be measured by a predetermined increase in % of rape accusations, & rape used as an excuse for abortions then a second portion of the act becomes active. Where in, if rape is alleged & the allegation is found to be a false in a court of law by a jury the mother will be found guilty of murdering her aborted child. To help aid women who have unwanted pregnancies funds currently being used to aid in abortions can be redirected to aid in the processing & completion of adoptions.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
My policy on the budget is this: Budget Act- Congress shall pass an amendment requiring a balanced budget. This act will also remove the budgetary standard that has been known as base line budgeting to prevent out of control spending from reoccurring. Base line budgeting is the standard where today’s spending limit is tomorrow’s spending expectation, aka today’s ceiling is tomorrow’s floor.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The church has always had a moral obligation to influence politics. A decent & moral people are needed to operate self government. Unfortunately there has been a steady decline in the amount of men & women willing to stand up for what is morally correct in DC. Conversely the government has no role in the activities of the religious group beyond protecting the assembly & the general public from any radical or fanatical faiths that intend harm on their members or the public.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. Period.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Most closely would be C. However due to the volume of fraud & waste found in the Medicaid & Medicare changes need to be made to those programs as well.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
I'm in agreement with B & C. With the distinction that we support Republics & not democracies. We are a Republic, democracies are mob rule.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Eradication of an ideology is not possible. There are still Nazis supporting leftist ideas of control & forced compliance. However, we must continue to target terrorism's sources of revenue & income in order to limit & contain their ability to spread terror. A long with taking out known terrorists & their networks.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
My policy is this: Border Act- The length of the southern US border will have a significant & imposing border wall or more substantial barrier to restrict & reduce the illegal immigration crisis. All border crossings will be substantially guarded. Processing centers will be located on the southern side of the border wall or barrier. No NGO or other forms of well fair or non-profit organizations will have access to the immigrants until after they are cleared to enter by the relevant authorities
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
All who follow the legal process & who have something to contribute to add to our society.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
There are objective truths in our world. One of these is that we are men or women. We are made in the image & likeness of God. The idea of more than 2 genders or any fluidity in gender is simply false. To put it differently, if we can change our gender, why not change our age? Here is a good one, why can't I identify as vaccinated? I feel vaccinated, I'm protected as one who is vaccinated (actually better), so can I identify as one who is vaccinated? The left would not accept my "feelings" on this & I won't accept their "feelings" on gender.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
My policy is this: Election Integrity Act- All federal elections will be conducted with voter picture ID standards proving citizenship. All federal elections will be on a separate paper ballot that can be traced & hand counted if needed. All forms of voting other than in person voting must be notarized & be accompanied by a copy of the voter’s picture ID.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Absolutely not, what a racist question! I can't believe this question was even allowed to be asked. The idea that someone is a threat because of the color of their skin?!?
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. My policy is this: Energy Act- Congress shall pass a law removing the executive branch’s authority over the production, distribution, discovery & delivery of energy in it various forms. The citizens & general market place are capable of handling this responsibility with very limited & restricted governmental supervision that is to be directed by Congress.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
I have answered questions for the Fort Worth Star Telegram & Dallas Morning News. I'll be interviewing with the Cross Timbers Gazette in the near future.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I’ve chosen to run for this office because We the People were intended to have a voice in our House. We should be free, our kids should be free. Our current political class will not sacrifice their lives, their vast fortunes, or their remaining honor to protect our freedom & liberty. I’m running because I felt prompted to do so, truly against my will. However, “those who seek to save their life will lose it, but those who lose their life for My sake, will find it.” – Matt 16:25
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. Only law abiding citizens by definition obey laws. Any law will only limit us, the good guys, from obtaining weapons. My policy is this: Gun Act- The 2nd Amendment to our Constitution reads as follows: A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep & bear arms, shall not be infringed. Congress shall pass a law prohibiting the infringement of taxation, on a Federal & state level, on the manufacturing, distribution, sale or any step in the process of delivering weapons, ammunition & other forms of arms to the citizens.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
This type of litigation exposes every car manufacturer for how drivers use cars, every tool manufacturer for how people use their tools. The problem isn't the item, the gun, the car, the tool, or the plane as we saw on 9-11, it comes down to the people. The individual who chooses to do harm with whatever is available.
