RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I am pro life. No government or agency should fund any organization that feels it is their duty to kill unborn babies.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Two of our recent Presidents have made several attempts to restrict religious liberty. We need to make sure Congress rolls back their Executive Orders.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

There are plenty of places that a customer can go to get any service they want. No one should be asked or ordered to violate their religious beliefs to fit the new definition of social norms.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
None. Government should stay out of all religious matters. There should never be a state sponsored religion.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
A. The more countries that are free in the world, the less likely we will be threatened. There are only four enemies of the United States left in the world and only about 8 that threaten freedom. The US has the strongest military by far. We should be able to stop this small group of troublemakers in their tracks every time they try to engage any country to deny their freedom. We can maintain peace in this world through a very strong military and using it to defend freedom wherever it is threatened.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We have special operations forces that can terminate the lives of anyone in the world that is a terrorist and a threat to America, Americans traveling abroad and American interests. I believe every threat should be permanently eliminated.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never. This is a personal liberty. People know to take the polio and MMR and other vaccines, but if they don’t, then it is their choice.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. We pay into Medicare. It’s our money. I can see that. But for the government to step in and try to take ove a $2T healthcare industry is not realistic or desirable. I have lived and worked in a country with socializes medicine. We don’t want it here.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

I believe in equal opportunity but not equal outcome. I was born into poverty and worked my way up by studying hard, graduating both high school and college by earning a scholarship and working. I went into the Marines. After the Marines I worked my way up in corporate America to the executive level. I had the same opportunity as anyone. I don’t believe we should ever redistribute wealth as a means to some misguided notion of social justice or equality.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

There are many places to cut spending in areas that show no return on investment like the Department of Commerce, Department of Education and Foreign Aid. These are just starters.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Further reductions in personal and corporate income taxes and further simplification of the 1040 form to file your taxes. I believe that all you need to do is enter your adjusted gross income and send it in. The IRS can then send you a refund or a bill because they have all the data already. If not they can ask for mor information, but the 1040 only needs an AGI, Social Security Number and a signature.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Law abiding citizens the world over should be able to apply to enter the United States. Those who meet the needs of the US should be allowed to apply for temporary residency. Those individuals that are truly a benefit to the US that have established residency should be vetted and if they pas, then they should be allowed to apply for citizenship after10 years in the US and four years of military or public service.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

I am a true Texan, born in Pasadena and spent a lot of my life working on a farm. I went to public schools, but believe in school choice. I played all sports and made almost straight A’s. I graduated college in four years on a Navy Scholarship and went straight into the Marines on graduation. I believe in military and public service. If I am elected I will work hard to End abortions, finish the wall, save social security, no welfare without passing a drug test, balance the budget and set term limits.

Years ago I had a friend who was homeless by his own choice. I helped him in a number of ways. Eventually I helped him get a voters registration card. That act proved that anyone can get on the voter rolls and vote in any state as many times as they want. This was a good man and veteran. He didn’t abuse his rights. A few years later he ran for Congress and did pretty well garnering 12% of the vote. We need strict voter ID laws or we are going to end up with massive voter fraud.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
We should all vote on one day as prescribed in the Constitution and we should be required to show a valid voter ID and a government issued photo ID to prove our identity.

No. The media is fueling the flames of racism to bolster their ratings. It is not a domestic security threat. The protests and riots we see can be controlled through normal police actions if the police are allowed to do their jobs.
