QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I do not support Planned Parenthood recieving Governement funds; however, if they do obtain tax payer funds then half of those funds should be given to an organization that supports counseling and the process of adoption needs.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Hospice support for dying patients with pain control and if doubts exist, second opinions should be encouraged.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Mother's life is threatened with medical physician confirming and/or fetus is nonviable like a child that is anencephalic and cannot survive outside of the womb.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
We need to encourage ongoing opportunities for all to earn a decent living and entrepreneurship for individuals who desire wealth building; along with encourage trade schools with grants to allow minimum wage earners to elevate themselves to a decent income without income redistribution; this will affect the economy overall and improve the standard of living for everyone.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
There are occasions during crisis when we needs temporary bills in place but they should have expiration dates that require Congressional reapproval to continue. This prevents unnecessary budget expansions.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
A balance budget should be the law and no deviations or exceptions allowed.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Exception would be religion that encourages animal cruelty like altar sacrifice or promote human slavery/harm should not be allowed. In 1993 the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Lukumi Babalu Aye v. City of Hialeah allowing animal altar sacrifice. Thia decision should be readdressed.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Other business exist who would accomodate those request; freedom to choose what we do as individiulas should remain the law of the land and laws should be changed where it does not allow this freedom to choose.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Separate but religious freedom should be accomodated allowing prayer and group meetings in public buildings.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
This should remain an individual choice and decisions should be made by indiviuals with the council of their physician and family; informed consent and the right to choose should be protected. I would like to see transparency enacted by law, from the news media, social media, the FDA, CDC and Pharmaceutical corporations, in efforts to better equip physicians with knowledge and data, so they may be able to adhere to informed consent to provide the best treatments for their patients. Informed Consent was developed legally over time as a medical and ethical standard of care. The Covid-19 vaccines should not be called a vaccine, due to the fact that there is no Covid virus within the makeup, but instead it is genetic engineering that we were in some cases mandated to inject. If Messenger RNA and Messenger DNA does not modify cells then why is it changing the function of our cells, that forces our cells to create spiked proteins? Spiked Proteins are toxic to the body. The pharmaceutical companies can claim that there is nothing harmful within the makeup of these so called vaccines, but instead we are creating the harmful spiked proteins that can have grave consequences. Abrupt changes in cell function have been seen in Cancer and HIV. Why did the FDA want 55 years and more recently the FDA requested 75 years to process and submit Covid 19 data? The Freedom of Information Act Branch of the FDA, is in charge of processing 80,000 pages per month and currently houses a whopping “total of ten employees, including the director and two trainees" to process the data needed for transparency. What is the FDA not wanting us to know? Does the mRNA and mDNA incorporate its self at a slow pace? Normally vaccines take 5 years to go through the evaluations necessary in order to be approved. We will not know how our bodies and children bodies will react from this genetic engineering for years. The experts just say “Its not harmful.” If the “vaccine” is not harmful where is the scientific article to tell us how the mRNA and mDNA specially work? We are told to keep receiving the boosters when the efficacy of these vaccines are questionable, because patients who are triple vaxxed are still acquiring Covid-19? There have been multiple cases of vaccine complications that include death, Guillain-Barré which is auto immune neuropathy with paralysis; unexplained brain inflammation, hemorrhagging and blood clotting; as well as, heart complications including heart attacks (myocardial infarctions,) cardiomyopathy and pericarditis. After being vaccinated it also raises the question do these spike proteins act as a carrier system to take a cancer that might be curable and spread it around your body ultimately creating a deadly cancer that normally would be survivable? I have seen examples of this in young women who were vaccinated. What else can this toxic molecule do? It’s very difficult to find out the truth, one of the examples is the morbidity mortality rate report that is put out annually by the CDC usually by March of the following year. This report is still not available for 2020! There should be an audit of every person’s death including any anomalies since the pandemic. Such as, is there an increase in stillbirths, unusual cancers that are more terminal than they should be. If data continues to be unclear, how can physicians connect the dots if complications are a result of the vaccine and are now affecting their patients.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with some restrictions to be defined and private healthcare options.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. Currently, we’re dealing with China as a threat to Taiwan. China wants to take over Taiwan and is making threating gestures which creates fear within the country of Taiwan. If Taiwan is invaded we need to protect Taiwan as our allies whose freedom and democracy are being threatened with Chima's tyranny on display in their desire to take over the country. Defending Taiwan can be easier than past intervention in other countries threatened due to the fact they are a democracy accustom to self government and already a thriving democratic society that is prospering and would only need our assistance to fight off an invasion. They can self govern and do not need us to establish a free government. They are our allies and we as Americans we should have their backs. against China.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
Israel is a nation under attack by it's neighbors and we should continue to support Israel in their efforts to remain a free democracy.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
President Trump was challenging China's theft of intellectual property and his tariff's were making an great impact. The Wuhan virus has not been address by the Biden administartion and Dr. Fauci has been hiding his involvement in the gain of function used to develop this virus. China and Dr. Fauci need to be held accountble for the disaster reaped on the world. President Biden needs to address these issues and seek restittution for the great economic damage caused by China's mishap.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We need to appeal to the moderate Islamic population for cooperation and find grounds to live in peace. The radical elements need to be found and neutralized. The FBI needs to pursue all leads about terorist and cooperate with other agencies in the apprehension and capture of these radical elements. Due process needs to be respected but all legal measures need to be utilized.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
As a Nation we have to have border security, you wouldn’t leave your doors and windows wide open in your own home, while you sleep at night, so why should we allow Lady Liberty’s home to be wide open to people willing to make deals with the drug cartels in order to secure entry into our country. This affects us in our district by the strain on our police, emergency services, hospitals, schools, judiciary support and other social services. We need to complete the walls President Trump started.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Did not answer
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Current laws need to be enforced allowing individuals from several countries to apply for immigration. A review of criminal records and background investigations should be standard. President Trump wanted to increase the number of legal immigrants but with a merit system being utilized We are a nation of immigrants and our current need for workers can be supported by an improved legal immigration program. Most individuals who enter the US legally are hard workers and contribute to our neighborhoods. Illegal immigration brings added crime, the abuse of children and teens for cartel profits is not only heartbreaking, but breaking and draining our resources. The drugs coming across due the open border has caused more deaths this year than any year prior, and has tremendous heartache and distress for our citizens losing their loved ones. The current administration cares more about getting more potential voters for their party and less about the citizens who live here currently. The democrats are already attempting to enact laws to allow illegal immigrants to vote in their local elections an example of this the the “drive to vote campaign” that was created in California. When Californians were issued a drivers license they were automatically sent a voter registration card, this led to potentially 3 million illegal votes in our federal election in 2016 and most likely more in 2020. The current administration has created barriers to prevent good, upstanding legal immigrants by increasing the number of forms required and increasing the cost per form. Making it 1,500 dollars per form, for many costing more than 20,000 to complete the applications. Former President Trump required fewer forms, lower cost per form and reduced the barrier to obtain green card; ultimately citizenship to those who arrived legally. The current Biden administration rewards those entering illegally, providing hotels, transportation, benefits that will bankrupt this nation if it continues.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Agree
People sexual orientation or gender identity is an individual right that should be protected in a free society; however, imposing these individuals choices on children is wrong and these young children's rights should also be protected. This becomes an issues when discussing bathrooms, locker rooms and sports. Private facilities for individulas choosing non biologic gender or same sex orientation should be a right; the vast majorities right to privacy and choice should also be protected.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
We are a nation of many races/ country origins and singling out one race as disadvantaged while singling out another race as advantaged, goes against the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King and does not recognized the diversity of ancestral backgrounds each race has experienced. Injustice has occurred throughout history to every race at one time or another.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian believeing in respect and kindness to all which we as Christians need to demonstrate everyday in our dealings with each other. Unjust trespasses need to be dealt with in a just legal system and children's spiritual teaching need to occur with parent's involvement and support of a spiritual community.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
We need to require voting identification and prevent rampade fraud. A photo, finger print or retinal identifications are all methods to help accomplish this goal. Widespread paper ballot mailing leads to wide spread voter fraud. Digital voting machine connected to the internet can be hacked and votes changed; every effort should be made to control the integrity of our elections.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Legislate voter ID; limited paper ballot mailing only by request of validated registered voters and outlaw ballot harvesting with legal prosecution for violations, this will limit any posibility of voter fraud as in the ability to register your residence as public space as in under a freeway.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
If slavery is a reason for restitution then all races have been enslaved in history. Where do we draw the line for restitution?
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Division created by this question and those pushing this message are the threat to our domestic security. Divisiveness is our greatest threat. "United we stand, divided we fall."
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
The issue with fracking is the water that is obtained after the extraction of oil and natural gasses. One option is to immulate Sweden's waste disposal Infrastructure, which is to burn the water and in the case of fracking we would burn the water at a temperature that elimminates any toxicity, currently the water is disposed of by returning the water into the drill site.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
We currently have stricter environmental laws. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. The current energy crisis that has been created by the Biden Administration reversed Former President Trump’s accomplishment of securing our Nations status as ‘Energy Independent’ country. Where we once were exporting oil and natural gas were are now by executive orders limiting oil and gas productions and have sided with foreign governments such as Russia, Iran and Saudi Arabia to import these fuels into the United States, in order to acquire adequate supply for our population to function, which is still insufficient. In this country gas prices have risen 40% plus during Biden’s first year in office, his desire to have everyone go to electric cars will cause an additional crisis. Electricity is produced primarily by oil, gas, and coal (carbon fuels.) The current electric grid is not adequate enough to support a mandate of only electric run vehicles in the United States. This will lead to electrical brown outs and blackouts across the country. Requiring people with limited hours of usage, during peak hours the cost will dramatically rise. The cost of electricity and gasoline has been estimated to double if this happens. This has not been a well thought out program and has tremendous errors and reasoning that will adversely affect the average citizen. The citizen just trying to drive to work, to provide a livelihood in order to feed their family and pay for a roof over their heads will have to make a decision of being cold versus driving to work. This will not be our America as we knew it. The alternative power that Biden is promoting such as solar panels, they themselves only last about 10 years ( they claim 30) and then have to be buried, due to the toxic substances contained in the panels. Boron and gallium which are contained in solar panels can both be toxic, causing pulmonary edema, respiratory distress and also can be fatal to humans depending on the amount of exposure due to the gases the panels emit when heated. This can lead to headaches, gastric distress and diarrhea. So my question is does the Biden Administration want us to all have headaches and defecate everywhere, just so we’re not oil and gas dependent? Is that how we are saving the plant? Why are is the topic of Bovine Methane Emission even a concern. The fact that gas from cows are actually being discussed is not even funny, it’s just ludicrous. Eight of of the top ten solar panels are manufactured in China. One is manufactured in Korea and one is assembled in the United States; however, the components are manufactured in Asia. So, who are we enriching? Asia or America? During the manufacturing of solar panels there is a toxic compound that is called silicon tetrachloride, which involves combining hydrochloric acid with metallurgic grade silicon it reacts to the hydrogen producing the liquid silicon tetrachloride. Most manufacturing companies dump the toxins in the water, which is more harmful to the environment than any carbon emissions. This can also be found in the production of lithium batteries. The mining of lithium is inhumane on the labor forces and inhumane on the environment, because of the large quantities of water needed to wash the toxic substance of lithium during the mining which is dumped back into the water supplies due to the lack of environmental and labor controls where it is mined. This is more dangerous to the environment than oil and gas. The oil and gas companies have to adhere to a multitude of restrictions to limit any impact on our environment. These alternatives do not make sense when you look into them further. A lithium battery runs out in 10 years and the battery has to be buried like nuclear waste, due to the toxicity. How does this make sense? Have people really thought out this alternative fuel process? This is a carbon-based planet. Everything on Earth is made up of carbon, human beings are made up of 16% carbon. Everything we touch is carbon. If your jewelry has a diamond that is considered a carbon based trinkets. Carbon is needed as a gas in the air, when we breathe out, we create carbon dioxide, which is converted to oxygen by plants which makes carbon gasses necessary for all life forces to survive. Why isn’t there a mandate for every citizen to plant a tree? I’d be open to that policy and it would be truly a green new deal. Is the current administrations intent to rid humans off this plant to acquire a carbon neutral environment? Are they thinking less people, means less carbon gasses? Instead of limited the United States we should be encouraging both manufacturing and production of fossil fuels since we have the strictest environmental controls. This is ideal for American citizens, producing quality high paying employment, a safer work environment, that results in a cleaner Mother Earth.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I'm a regular concerned citizen, not a politican. I bring a point of view as a mother and business woman who deals with the real issues that families in our commuity deal with every day. I am not isolated and I stay involved in our community, this will allow me to provide what the people of this community want and need from their representative.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
This is a departmental issue that is best handled by the Police Department's internal affairs and our justice system. There should be protections for police officers while on duty.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
I don't support redirecting funds from our police departments, but I support helping mental health and community programs providing needed services.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I favor the 2nd Amendment and the right bear arms. I see red flags regarding the possibilty of having the Red Flag law passed which limits the right to bear arms without due process.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
