OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

I would like to remove the actual abortion procedure from planned parenthood, and move the procedure instead to a hospital due to the fact planned parenthood cannot provide life saving blood products. Because abortions are highly vascular in nature they run a higher risk of suffering from blood loss and therefore believe it would be crucial to women to move the procedure into the hands of physicians and out of the control of planned parenthood.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Up to 16 weeks and in the case of a life threatening emergency or gross fetal defects.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Disagree

I think that the Sherman-anti-trust act could provide a first line of defense. Also, i believe that tax-subsidized pay increases and stock options are an adequate second line of defense against income inequality. Lastly equal pay for equal work is a fair proposal.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Did not answer

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I think that tax subsidized wage increase would help lesson the burden on both the middle class and on working families as well as help dig our small business sector out of trouble.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Agree

The first amendment is our strongest defense, when looking at this issue through a federal lens. However, states reserve the right to secure our religious liberty by creating a neutral playing field so that all religions can practice fairly and without bias. Most importantly getting rid of lockdowns and draconian mandates by proposing a moratorium on federal mandates would solve this issue.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Agree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Church and state should have zero affiliation. Church should not influence the state albeit federal or regional state, nor should federal or regional law infringe upon religious practice. Therefore there should be an uncrossing of policy should a policy be enacted that infringes on the right to gather or worship those policies should be struck down by the appropriate courts.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Only if the death rate is over 10% on a deadly virus or pandemic with high contagion. Providing incentives to get vaccinated is a better option but not require unless the death rate is high enough. However i would preserve the framework of "project warp-speed" and place the HIV vaccine inside that framework and end the HIV global epidemic once and for all!

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

I support a medicare access for all program that is paid for with a permanent fund dividend or PFD funded by infrastructure projects like the oil and gas and renewable energy deals that could pay a yearly dividend to citizens who fall through the gaps. However, if you want a private option i fully support the price option as well, as the private option would render an entire suite of better treatment or more expensive treatments that government run healthcare could not afford. Thus I would like to see a hybrid of both a public and private options in tandem.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

Our MABUS bill would help to increase global peace and security by creating a mediated path to resolving land disputes and prevent war vis-a-vis the WTO.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

They are also chocking out our trade routes and thus we need trade-independence which our campaign tables with the 'Dream Big America Project'

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

First, we need to secure our borders by finishing the wall and mobilizing our military to the U.S. Mexico border. Second, we need to secure our trade routes and become trade independent and our Dream Big America project does that by building a shipping channel inside U.S. territory Third, we need energy independence and stop buying oil from middle eastern countries Lastly, we should democratize socialist states in our own hemisphere like the diabolical triangle of Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua which train operatives to create socio-cultural conflicts within our own borders, and thus create a rush to our border that may harbor networks from islamic extremists within those migrant caravans.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Without securing our borders we are at the mercy of any industrialized of privately instigated rebellions that could compromise our peace and security interests.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Did not answer

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone should be allowed to come to the U.S. so long as they do it legally, and do not pose a security threat.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Agree

I think we can all agree that equality is an earned benefit that has been fought for over a long period of time. However i would create amendments to the equality act that protect women's sports to biological females and create an age appropriate conversation about gender by taking that topic out of schools but also create a social connect for students actively seeking council that would connect them with a social service that could help them have that difficult conversation with their family.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Disagree

I think that CRT creates a perpetual cycle of self victimization, and permanently labels our children as racist regardless of how woke someone may have raised their child.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a catholic.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

Voter ID is necessary in order to insure only citizens of the United States are voting, to secure our ballot, and to have free and fair elections.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I support voter ID, and would support an app that would allow for voters to check their vote to make sure their vote was accurately counted.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Did not answer

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No it is being used to instigate a cultural revolution. It is the spark of a very dangerous downward economic spiral that undermines the security of our business sector and poses a threat you our small businesses that pay the majority of taxes that fund our social programs like social security and medicare.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Neutral

Its not a matter of canceling fracking its a matter of re-inventing a safer friendlier method. I say we incentivize newer methods by assigning congressional stimulus to companies that come up with safer methods of fracking.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. It's a matter of coming up with and incentivizing safer methods before imposing draconian measures, for the less safer methods. Essentially don't put the cart before the horse.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

I am a strict constitutional conservative, who believes in equality.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a fighter. I love this country because i was born here. We have a plan that will save America from government corruption, bring election integrity and transparency, decrease human trafficking, secure our borders and push back on the leftist agenda. It is a perfect trifecta between the "Dream Big America Project, our Anti-Corruption Act, and our transparency and disclosure bill". I will always fight for Americans and push for peace on the local, district, regional, national, and international platforms. I will fight for marriage equality, for family values, religious freedom, and push back against intolerance regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs or ideals. I will fight for small business and to root-out government corruption. Although, i find myself in the center of controversy, i will not back down as the first openly gay republican to run for federal office in U.S. history, it would be pleasure to serve and represent you in our Montrose, and Houston districts, and shed light at the diversity the new republican party has to offer May God bless you and may God bless the United States.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Neutral

I think an investigation should be warranted, that is both reasonable and thoughtful, but that jumping to judge or conclude is unwarranted. Police deserve the respect they have earned as public servants. I do think investigations should be under seal until a judgement or verdict has been rendered and that said investigations should never turn political as they undermine our peace and security on the community level.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

I support redirecting and decreasing pay from political figures like mayors senators and politicians to social services.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

none

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Agree

Anyone should be able to sue for any reason. Congress should not infringe non the courts. They are checks and balances built into our constitution.
