QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only and only in the very rare situation where the life of the mother is at stake, where you have to make the tough decision to save one and lose one instead of losing both lives.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
Redistribution of income (aka socialism) only discourages hard work and reinvestment. You cannot take from someone who is working hard to give to someone who is not working due to their laziness and still expect the one who is working to keep working. Venezuela, Cuba and all the other communist and socialist states have shown us that it does not work
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
The current spending by our government is way out of hand. And how are we funding this spending? By borrowing from our greatest enemy China. God-forbid that China decides that they want to collect. And the people who will be greatly burdened by all this stupidity in spending are our children and grandchildren, even though we can already see the effects through the current Bidenflation.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Congress should amend the constitution so that we can eliminate income-tax, and instead create the "fair-tax"/ consumption tax. We should be taxing spending, not taxing hardwork. Additionally, we should get rid of the IRS that is used by the government to spy on and intimidate conservatives and churches, and is used by criminals and thugs to rob our senior citizens in the community. A consumption tax means there is no more need for IRS audits. Which also means billions of dollars in payroll, logistics and administrative savings.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Why would a nation that prides itself on individual liberties and freedom even consider something like that. Moral and religious beliefs are the bedrock of this nation, and to even consider forcing people or businesses to go against their beliefs is a travesty. It is no wonder that we have become such a divided nation. If the government cannot respect one's beliefs, what then is the government good for? I thought that was one of the bedrocks for the formation of the union, protecting liberties.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The church is the moral compass of the community, so it should freely engage in any part of the society including the state, after all, the state is made up of members of the community. But the State should not have the power to interfere with any operations of the church. The first amendment is very clear on this when it states, "[c]ongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...."
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
The choice for vaccination is a personal choice, and the government should not be engaging in people's personal business. The government's job is to protect individual liberties, not infringing or encroaching on them. Same case applies in terms of public schools or any school that receives Federal financing. But private businesses should be left to run their organization as they please as long as they are not doing anything against the law. And as long as the order is not from the state
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
(C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. The healthcare industry just like every other industry should be left to the free market where supply and demand determines the services provided and available.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
(B) The United States should be selective in its engagement in foreign policy. But that selectivity must always include defending Israel our greatest ally at whatever cost necessary.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The CCP is the greatest threat to the American system and to the entire global system. An organization that freely steals our intellectual property, forces our corporations to divulge their IP and trade secrets, or else, produces poor quality products to flood the markets, yet those products are known to cause harm to human life. Such an organization is a mortal threat to our way of life.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The US should support allies like the Kurds who have been at the forefront of the fight against Islamic terrorism. We should identify more allies, embed our intel people who can train these allies and improve on the technology that we use to identify and take out the leaders of these terrorist groups.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Without a secure border, our safety and security is non-existent, and our sovereignty as a nation is just a pipe dream. I guess we might as well just hand over the nation to the cartels or the CCP if we can't protect our southern border. Every available resources should be used to improve on our security at the border, included high technology and an impenetrable border wall. President Trump was spot on, but the enemies of our State, both foreign and domestic would not allow this to happen.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration to the United States should be based on skills and the needs of the nation. Additionally, people who can prove that they are genuine asylum seekers and refugees, not those coached by left-wing liberal attorneys on what to say should also be allowed to immigrate. Additionally, unless it is for a medical emergency, the US should deny tourist visas to women who are over 6-months pregnant entry into the United States, unless such people are on a business or work trip which will not last more than a month. This will eliminate the anchor baby problems.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Then what, start protecting people's rights to have sex with dead bodies, or bestiality. Do we then start protecting the rights for one to say his sexual orientation is raping children? Do we also start protecting rights of people to identify as dogs or horses? Can they then start mating with other dogs or horses?
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is hate disguised as teaching history. You cannot teach James a 5-year old kindergarten child that their best friend Timothy also 5 was, is, and will always be the cause of all his problems. What you are teaching here is for James to grow to hate Tim, and for James to forever consider himself a victim/ a slave. With such teaching, James can never be anyone in life, except one filled with hate for his community and his surrounding, and for anyone whose skin color does not look like his.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and my first loyalty is to my Lord and Savior, then to my family and my nation. My faith teaches me all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. And to love my neighbor as myself. But love does not mean I accept or tolerate sin. Sin is sin and no amount of rebranding makes it okay. Additionally, there is a moral law and a moral lawgiver, and that means wrong will always be wrong and right is right. We can never "woke" ourselves into calling wrong right and right wrong.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Not that we try to be like other countries being the leader of the free world, but almost all other nations require a photo ID as a means to prevent double voting and voter fraud. Even, Mexico, Uganda, and even Norway (considered one of the most democratic nations) require IDs to vote. The argument against photo ID is one of "make it easy for us to commit voter fraud because we can't win an election on merits." Funny how you need an ID to buy cigarrettes, but not to protect our Republic.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Require ID to vote, ban ballot harvesting, limit early voting to 1 week, make election day a national holiday so everyone can go vote. This would eliminate the argument that poor working people need a month to vote because they have to go to work on elections day. Additionally, we need to ban universal mail-in ballot. Only people with special circumstances should vote by mail.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes, racism is a threat. But not because we are a racist nations as the democrats and Antifa like to say, but rather the Democrats and Antifa have created the racism threat. By making everything about race, the left has created hate and division where there was no hate or division. Where the nation was experiencing healing, the left has peeled open the scab and now the minorities are bleeding in pain, creating a new kind of racism and blaming it on the conservatives.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Overly regulating people or companies are a hindrance to economic and financial development.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
My interview with Billy Graff, available on Youtube, and my discussion with Jeffrey Prather on Pratherpoint show of 12/16/2021 which can be found on jeffreyprather.com, are some places you can learn more to find proof of this.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I came to the nation from Uganda as a missionary. I was glad to be leaving Uganda, having experienced some of the worst of humanity to fellow man. But 15 years later, I see the United States becoming like Uganda and I cannot stand back and watch, I do not want my children growing up in "Uganda" in America. As a missionary, how would I explain it to the Judge and King in the last days that I was living my life and I did not care that America was adopting destructive socialism? My legislative priorities include: -defending the unborn, -putting a stop to the stupidity of untamed spending, -standing as a black man against CRT, -defending our borders, -protecting our liberties, including religious liberties and the 2nd amendment. -supporting quality education and school choice for our children, -supporting our men and women in uniform, -opposition to socialism, marxism, and communism, and -supporting fair-tax/ consumption tax. I also believe in term limits for our elected legislature
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Guns are our first defense against tyranny, so we should not have restrictions on them except in the case of possession by children under 12. We are always talking about public safety and guns, but we never talk about gun violence by gang members. The criminals will carry guns whether we have restrictions or not, which leaves law-abiding people defenseless in the hands of these criminals as a result of the restrictions.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
