QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
No citizens money(Tax dollars)should be used for these organizations.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Less taxes and regulations for all American citizens and their businesses. This will enable the growth of the economy and growth of OUR GDP.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
I believe that religious freedom is at risk. We do not need to make more laws to insure those freedoms. Laws are governed by the same Government responsible for our risk of losing our liberties. We cannot continue to make more laws regarding rights that are inalienable. Those rights are granted to all human beings! Making more laws should not create the expectation of religious liberty. Freedom of Religion is in our Constitution. Follow that contract!
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
This is a direct violation of personal liberty and freedoms. If a business chooses to not do business one way or another, that is their decision, and their fault if they lose their client base. To make laws on who you can do business with or not, is a very slippery slope. Is it then your business, or the governments to operate and make the business plan? Competition would be extinct as well as true capitalism. Government run business is socialistic. It hasn't and nor will it ever work!
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Our country was founded, and our laws written, based upon Judeo Christian values and beliefs. Government should not be dictating religious laws(Freedom of Religion), but you cannot remove "church" from the government. Ethics, Morals, Prayer, Belief, and servitude are all foundationally principled by those original Judeo Christian Values. The Bible was used as a foundational road map to the inception of our constitution and our declaration of Independence. To remove "church" from our Government would be to turn our back on the history and creation of this Independent Nation.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never!
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
Here is the answer that was not above. Our decision process should be left to those who represent the people of this country and not the 3 letter agencies(selectively help countries). Our test on whether to get involved would be truth over propaganda and a decision through vote on that truth if it is a righteous decision to intervene. The United states is a beacon of freedom to the entire world. We are the city on the hill and need to be the light in the darkness. When the inalienable rights of those people around the world are infringed upon, we, as leaders of the free world, need to step in and do what is right. We need to stand against the evil that is in the world, because if we do not, we are just as bad as that evil. "Silence in the face of evil, is still evil" and inaction is still action. As the light in the darkness, we have an obligation to protect the liberties of those people who are being ruled, enslaved, abused, etc. If we have the ability to help, we most certainly should.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Finish securing our borders, Educate the people of those countries by allowing the children and young women to be educated. Those are good starts. I don't believe there is a way to eradicate this threat, as there will always be extremists in any facet of human existence, but through continued conversations, peace accords(such as the ones our last administration garnered a few years ago), and a strong stance against the evil that perpetrates these crimes, would be a start. A direct correlation of consequence to actions against a populous by a strong leader in the world community(for example...Thomas Jefferson and the Barbary Pirates) would decrease the motivation to commit such heinous acts and in turn would help to deplete global terror.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Immigration laws are not currently being enforced in a lot of situations at our southern border. To compound that major issue, we have cities in this country who have sidestepped and allowed those illegal actions to continue. Illegal is still illegal, regardless of narrative or "cause"
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
We, again, are the beacon of hope and freedom to the world. We should want to remain the place the world wants to come to. It helps our country to become stronger, with new ideas and a brighter future. All people of this world should have the ability to come here if they want to do so legally and want to become a productive citizen of this country.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
No one should be discriminated against, and there are laws against that, but where I disagree with this question, is where we see that we have convoluted someone's personal decisions into something that everyone should accept, and that is wrong. Discrimination does not mean that I cant disagree that a transgender can swim on the women's team if they were born male. Is that not discriminating against the abilities of a woman on that team? Does that not disenfranchise her and her hard work?
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am strongly American, supporting the US constitution and what it means and stands for. I am a conservative Christian that believes that all people were born with God given, inalienable rights that shall not be infringed upon.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Voting is the most important act freedom of speech that we have as citizens in this great country. You need ID to do the simplest of actions in your life(like getting into Costco), but to not require ID to do the most important act of freedom(vote), an act that ultimately decides the future of our country and your family, shows tones of evil and tyrannical control. Id to vote is one of the only ways to insure that elections are fair and that true "disenfranchisement" is not happening.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Paper balloting at voting precincts(remove all forms of ability to manipulate the system or hack it electronically). Id to vote., ballot harvesting would no longer be allowed, and absentee ballots would be reserved for military and those other stringent guidelines, with signatures matching and other current laws. Voting is the most important act of Freedom of speech you have as a citizen. If it is not fair, then your vote will not count if another vote is done fraudulently. This is the epitome of the term "disenfranchisement" and we must hold the right and freedom to vote at all cost.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes. When race is used to divide this country against itself, then it is a threat to our domestic security. To understand the core issues, you need to understand that racism is learned and taught to an individual, it is not inherent. You are not born racist. To that definition, when we have a political party that create racism in schools, by teaching CRT to adolescents....expecting less racism, you have the epitome of a racist act. When you have people calling others racist because they are one color or the other, you in turn are the racist. Guaranteeing happiness to those of a certain race, as opposed to all Americans pursuing their own happiness, is, in and of itself, also an act that removes self worth, self accomplishment, and self accountability. A person that promotes themselves as a person for the people, and gives gifts in order to prove as such, is ultimately not of the people, they are of themselves and they are creating a situation where control and manipulation becomes prevalent against those they are "guaranteeing happiness" too. This is the true definition of control and racism and we have seen it in this country for over 60 years.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
I believe that we need to be energy independent, and if this is the best way to get fossil fuels, environmentally and efficiently, then we should do it here rather than somewhere else in the world where it is not done as such. The monies are going to enemies of this country and are not being used to produce jobs and infrastructure here. We should focus again on our own energy independence.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. I believe, that given their own device and freedom, that most companies would make the better decision for their home and environment. Regulations eliminate competitive ideas, mainly through the throttling of new companies even being able to get into an industry. Those regulations are then forcing others to close and if they don't close, they move to another country, where there are no regulations. That negatively impacts the work force here as well. This is also impacting the environment they were desperately trying to control and did nothing but actually make it worse somewhere else. I propose that you incentivize, in a truly capitalistic way, new business and competition, and you continue to let the people do their own research on impacts and let them decide on which company they want to use. Those companies that don't align with their customer, will change or not succeed. To dictate this through regulation and governmental control is, as stated before, government overreach and is the opposite of owning your own business and capitalism.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Kinetic Faith Radio program(guest and guest-host multiple times), 1776 project(rumble) interview, facebook page and videos I have posted.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I feel called to be the Warrior that I was created to be. The turmoil that we see in our country and around the world is not a democrat or republican battle, this is a war of Good vs evil. We need to all stand together against this threat to the World's freedoms. As the Warrior that I was created to be, I will seek and speak the truth and I will be the light in the darkness. I am not a politician. I Love America and what she stands for. Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness! I am a Father that wants to stand in the Gap and prepare a country that enables my children to make their own decisions, with their own conscience, without mandates, and to live their own lives. I will be one of the few Representatives to "We the People" that is going to serve this country, not be served.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
Conduct within any police organization usually starts with "to protect and to serve". if a Department's conduct strays from that mantra and strays from the Constitution as well, then there should not be immunity because the department has lost sight of what it was created to do. To that end, if an officer breaks the law or constitution(of which they have sworn to defend) there is no immunity from that either. Self defense and the righteous defense of others should keep them from prosecution.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
If you want less crime, you put more money into Community policing. Shifting funds to social workers and away from police officers, will enable more crime, not stop it.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
There are many laws now that are not enforced and there are others that are not needed. It is about defending yourself, not just about hunting. Making more restrictions will do nothing except hurt law abiding citizens. The problem is not the laws or the guns, it is the criminals that don't care about laws, police, rights or anything else. It is proven around the world, that if you are free to own a device to protect yourself, there will be less chance for you to be a victim. There will also be less motivation from that criminal to commit that crime against someone who is armed legally.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Absolutely not! Do we sue the auto manufacturer for the drunk driver?
