QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Tax dollars should never be used to fund pregnancy related decisions. It is solely the responsibility of the impregnated and the impregnating, not the financial responsibility of “the people”
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
Blanket laws are meaningless when one considers the wide variety of ways in which someone can “assist” their suicide. And laws that have no mechanism for enforcement are not really laws anymore. More like a suggestion. How can you punish the dead? You can’t. Is it fair to punish others when they have no hand in such matters? No.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape or incest only
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
Capitalism doesn’t work that way. Socialism pretends that it does, but power will always reside in the wealthy few regardless of the style of governing. Taking my hard earned dollars and giving it to someone who isn’t willing to earn it themselves is not sustainable. At some point I would decide to quit putting forth the effort, along with everyone else. Then what do you have? Nothing. You have nothing, just like everyone else.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Why we would spend money on studying promiscuity among aviary species while under the influence of cocaine is beyond me. Why we would find a study to learn to talk to Dolphins is absurd. I can tell you what they would say: Clean Up Our Oceans You Damn Dirty Humans!
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Eliminate all taxes on citizens over age 70. Graduated tax for earners from 21 to 69 based on income. 0-20 should have the opportunity to be tax free, saving to pay for education or trades.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Our country was founded on Religious Freedom. To remove that is to ignore the laws by which we have lived for 250 years. I am not so willing to throw away what was a well conceived doctrine. Religious Liberty is a part of that foundation as a free society.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Private Industry has always reserved the right to refuse service. When government compels private individuals or companies to ignore their right to say no, is when we are no longer governed by freedom. Consequences are a different matter all together, and a person or business who exercises their right to refuse, may and often do bear the weight of consequence. That is the free market for you. As individuals, we have the right to spend our money however and on whomever we want.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
None what so ever
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never. Medical decisions reside between the individual and their doctor. That’s it. I don’t want government deciding which “citizens” are disposable and which are not. I already know who would be on that list if that power existed today. Every Republican and everyone who ever smiled at the name Trump would be on the “chopping block” as it were. So would the “unvaccinated”. No. I will never accept a circumstance that would allow for those types of decisions made at the hands of politicians. We l pop
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C. We cannot be the Worlds Police when we haven’t the morality or objectivity to be as unbiased as the Swiss. Our current President has had his hand in the cookie jar of Ukraine for ages. So have many of his friends on both sides of the aisle. How does that benefit the American People? Answer: it doesn’t. Only benefits them and their pocketbooks.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
We certainly can have good relations but responsibilities to the Israeli nation belongs to the Israelis. We should be advocates but they must make their own decisions on actions and deal with the consequences or repercussions.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
China doesn’t want America to succeed at anything. They will take everything from us if we let them. China cares only about China. I would rather we all boycott their cheap, useless products all together and make quality products for ourselves.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Demand the nations of the Middle East do more to identify and isolate them. Sanctions for failure to do so. We can’t keep spreading ourselves thin by militarizing every corner of the globe
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Our sovereign nation is defined by that border. Seal it off and require proof of residency to enter US. Passport required for entry, destination and duration requirement. Just like Americans have to do when they travel abroad.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Nation of laws. Enforce the laws.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Contributors should be the only ones allowed to immigrate. Leg up, sure. Constant handouts? No way.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Mental illness shouldn’t be ignored. Nor should it be encouraged or glorified by government. Keep your bedroom habits where they belong, in the bedroom.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
At no time should we ever tell a child they should be proud or ashamed of their differing skin color. CRT is a racist endeavor at its core. Exactly the sort of thing we are supposed to be shying away from.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My beliefs are my own and you shouldn’t be asking me about it. I don’t presume to know what drives you or what you worship. None of my business
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
One person-one vote. Too easy to cheat without proper verification of who is casting a vote and their status as a citizen of this nation.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Voter ID. No excuse to not have a system of verification for voter eligibility. You can’t cash a check without ID. You can’t drive, fish or buy a beer without one. So….
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
My Great grandfather was a “slave” to the Pennsylvanian coal mines. Paid in company chits that could only be used at the company store. About as close to slavery as one could get. Do I qualify for reparations? Not unless I identify as black apparently…
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Only in the media. They have an agenda though. Make news to sell advertising.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Energy Independence is paramount to our success. But I would also say investment in all forms of new energy are a requirement to stay ahead of the future and to do our best to not destroy our planet.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
None available
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Term limits on congress. Eliminate pensions for elected officials. Transparency in govt spending. Eliminate EIDL debt for small business who were forced into taking loans due to Chinese viruses. Make the Chinese pay the United States back for that money. Small businesses didn’t deserve to be taken advantage of, didn’t cause the problem.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
Cops are people too. The job is stressful. They need more evaluations on morality, objectivity and rational on a more consistent basis
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
People kill people. Guns are just the tool. A 2x4 can kill too. You don’t sue Home Depot for selling it do you? No you don’t. McD’s sells fattening food. We don’t sue them for heart attacks do we? No we don’t. Guns are the tool. Nothing more
