Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

We’ve got to get good faith actors into the legislature. I think we need more working class folks in there who understand what we go through I’m running on a platform of campaign finance reform. Big money interests have stolen our democracy with large campaign donations and independent expenditures. Working class families aren’t represented in our legislature. Politicians only care about the interests of their donors. We’ve effectively legalized political bribery. A Supreme Court decision in 2010 enables corporations, wealthy individuals, and even foreign agents to donate unlimited funds to American Political campaigns. You need not appeal to working class families to compete in our American political system. We need restrictions on political candidates to keep them honest and working for real Americans. *Only individuals who are constituents in a given election may donate to political campaigns in that race. No Corporate or PAC money allowed in our politics. *These donations need to have reasonable limits to give working class Americans a real chance of having influence. *Total spending on political campaigns should be capped as well. All this money spent on political campaigns have a corrupting effect on our media. Every generation of Americans have updated the constitution, and I believe our time is over due. We need to convene a constitutional convention to get an amendment to the constitution and codify these campaign finance expectations for political candidates. While we need to codify these ideals we can’t expect the corporate cronies in office to hold themselves accountable. We currently have over a dozen sitting congress people who have violated the STOCK Act. No one’s there to hold them accountable, and no one wants to rock the boat. Why would they? It’s their boat. We the voters have to take responsibility for our votes. We have to be willing to be prioritize campaign finance integrity over every other issue the corporate media and establishment politicians use to wedge us apart. We have to recognize our own and vote for good faith actors and preferably people who understand the struggle of the working class which I believe is severely lacking in legislature at every level. The corporate candidates will have all the money in the world to pay consultants that will purchase your information from data brokers and they’ll design targeted advertisements. Not to mention all the traditional media and advantages that come with being able to run a campaign full time. If we are going to overcome these systemic disadvantages we are going to need Working Class Solidarity.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

End qualified immunity

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Agree

We need like 5% of what the police are asked to do.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I don’t want to restrict the public from protecting themselves, their family, or property. I want to put restrictions on political candidates. We need much greater social investment to combat the mental health crisis we have in this country.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Agree

If a product is defective.
