What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
As a businessman, I am tired of politicians who think that raising taxes or cutting vital programs are the way to solve the budget crisis. Before reducing any spending, I would implement process improvements at every level of government to help identify waste and fraud in order to offer better services without cutting vital programs. With that said, I do support putting an end to the extended unemployment benefits due to the pandemic in order to get people back to work.

I am a businessman who manages several successful companies both international and local. I command a very diverse mix of skills including consulting, management, finance, strategic planning, and process improvement for all of my companies. In addition, I am also a rancher and have a bachelors of science in professional aeronautics, with a minor in business.

I am seeking office because I know that the same principles that we apply everyday in business will be successful in transforming the way our government works. I think people are tired of politicians and bureaucrats who will say anything just to get elected to office. Most Texans want someone who will adhere to their convictions and not change directions according to which way the political winds are blowing.
