QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To My knowledge abortion has been codified here in New Jersey. What horrifies me is that we have up to the moment of birth, and after here in New Jersey. I have a first cousin who I love very much that I reunited with her last year. She was given up for adoption 50 years ago, but she was given a chance at life. we are blessed to have her. Hi will always fight for life.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

I am pro life however it is here legal here in New Jersey. Any abortions performed must be safe. I do not believe we should be promoting abortions as a form of birth control.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Neutral

We need to be very careful not to allow this to become a way to decrease the population. I have heard of Canada, using this law to help people with mental problems and their lives when counseling may have saved their lives. With that said, I do not believe terminally ill people should have to suffer long, agonizing deaths, when there are no cures.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Lower taxes across-the board. We need to keep property taxes, low enough for our citizens to be able to retire and stay in the home they spent 30 years paying for. I would love to see income tax removed completely. We need to make New Jersey more taxpayer friendly. More money in New Jersey Residents pockets helps the economy.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

We need to make sure all critical government services are operating. We need to cut back on all services that are non-essential. We need to take a close look at wasteful spending.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Neutral

We should extend high school to cover a college associates degree by cutting out nonsense electives. We need to have our students prepared to go directly into whatever specialty trade or career they desire without wasting thousands of dollars on garbage elective courses. Our education institutions need to provide a value for their education. If you cannot get a job with the education you are getting it is a complete waste of everyone’s money.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Private citizens and companies should not be forced to do something that does not align with their personal values. It is a complete different story when you are talking about the government.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

We need a combination of private and government funded healthcare. Total government healthcare is a disaster waiting to happen. Competition breeds better service. We need a safety net for those who cannot afford insurance. Medicaid and Medicare is necessary and must be protected. but it must only be for American citizens. Every American citizen deserves access to affordable healthcare.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never, if the vaccination works, you should not be worried about those who do not have one. Medical freedom is imperative. The government should never have the right to force you to take some thing you do not want.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Start at home by labeling antifa, a terrorist organization, and stop allowing them to destroy our cities.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Choose not to answer

I do not know enough to be able to comment on this issue, I will have to learn more.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Protecting our borders is the federal governments primary function, and they are failing miserably.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Law, abiding citizens, who follow the legal immigration process.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I believe the money should follow the child. Charter schools and school choice are a must.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Laws in America need to protect everyone equally………..

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Neutral

I have my beliefs, but it’s not my place to force them on others. If two people love each other and want to get married, it is between them and their God. Government is involved only for the formalities and tax purposes. People will love who they love.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Critical race theory by definition is racist. Critical race theory is dangerous and very divisive. With critical race theory logic, if someone commits a murder, everyone related to the murderer is guilty. Critical race theory is garbage. There are so many other courses that could prepare our children for a good career . Instead, critical race theory is breeding racism against white people

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian, who has been married to the same beautiful woman for over 30 years and a father of four. I have strong Christian Judeo values .

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Elections need to be held in person with a Drivers license, or a photo ID issued by the state.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would make it so that everyone has to vote in person and is required to provide a photo identification. Absentee ballots would be available for those who are disabled, or unable to be there, but it would have a vetting process also would have to provide photo identification. Only American citizens can vote….. our electoral college system must stay in place. I would remove all electronic machines and go back to a hand count, conducted by both neutral and opposite parties included in the count. We need safe and secure elections. We need to fix problems and not ignore that they exist.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, however with the White House controlling main stream narrative, you would think we have a massive race war ongoing. The left is trying to create division between races, and it needs to stop.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Choose not to answer

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. Stricter, environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy unnecessarily .

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

So long as it is done in an environmentally, friendly way I have no problem with fracking.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Protect our borders, maintain the rule of law, keeping our streets safe while also maintaining our roads.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have been endorsed by both the Bergen County and Passaic County, Republican organizations in 2021 and 2023. I am currently county committee man from Carlstadt New Jersey for Bergen County committee.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I plan on being a voice for all, not just for some. I am representing the republican party for my district and will vote with conservative values. Voter integrity, parental rights, medical freedom ,free speech , fight for small businesses, and to make New Jersey affordable for those who have spent their life, paying off a home only to lose it because their property taxes are higher than their Social Security and retirement combined. I will fight to stop the sexualization of our children. We need to protect women’s rights. Murphy is about to sign a bill, allowing biological males who identify as females to use the female facilities in our schools. We do not want to and we need anyone, but this is not the way. There are other options. Our school systems are failing horribly and need to get back to the basics . There is no reason we cannot bring our children up to associates degree level if we cut out all of the nonsense so that when they do go and have to pay for college, it will be to obtain the specialty knowledge they need for whatever career they choose. We need to repeal gas taxes, and or lower them to provide relief to our citizens. We need to expand enterprise zones to include all small businesses.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Neutral

Our officers need a certain degree of immunity to perform their job. We need to protect their ability to work in life-threatening situations making split-second decisions . They need to be able to protect themselves and do their job without having to worry about being imprisoned for making a split second decision that goes bad. With that said, we cannot have officers abusing their power. Supervisors need to do their jobs and intervene with troubled officers early in their careers.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Mental health and community programs are needed in addition to well funded police departments.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I believe 100% in constitutional carry.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
