Your question is not entirely clear to me at this reading because I have just worked 91 tax preparation days. However, I believe that the Founding Fathers recognized that some of our rights come from God and cannot be taken by the government. They also recognized that they neither wanted a monarchy nor democracy. They wanted a balance between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches. They also wanted balance between Federal and State rights.

1.) A government selectively choosing the laws that it will enforce, harms the very citizens it wishes to govern. 2.) When a government - a.) allows large middle class transfers of wealth to pay for medical coverage for others because it cannot find a better way; b.) creates a race to the bottom of the pay scale for blue collar union and non-union workers by allowing 18,000,000 undocumented individuals to work non-farm jobs; c.) does not show compassion or social justice for the families who lost those jobs; d.) allows the purchasing power of the currency of our Nation to be cheapened by the actions of a Federal Reserve Bank; e.) wishes to govern by pitting one group of citizens against another group of citizens by race, economics or other issues; then it is no longer a government of We the People. 3.) A government that allows its national debt to exceed $17 trillion is a government that is creating a financial war against future generations and reduces their Liberty.
16. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
I believe that abortion should be a decision of the mother and available under circumstances of rape, incest, possible death to the mother or other serious damage to the fetus. It should not be used to simply help a person choose the sex of the fetus or as a simple form of birth control. Why hasn't the topic of vasectomy been covered?
