I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Currently 'C' Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. But we most work towards a stronger economy and eliminating corruption to provide an environment where people can afford medical needs.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
The tax payer is not responsible for "higher education". College is not always necessary to be successful in life. Trade schools are an excellent option for many people.

IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
What is a nation without borders? Securing our borders is the best way to stop the destruction of our nation. The United States is not a Charity for the world to come and take advantage of.

Those who go through the proper legal channels and are thoroughly vetted. No more that 250,000 per year after an immigration moratorium.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
There can be extenuating circumstances, however you must always remember they put their lives on the line everyday, and when it comes down to their life or the suspects, you better believe they're gonna pick theirs.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I have common sense solutions to California's key foundational issues. Those issues are Drought, Corruption, Homelessness, Education, Crime, Wildfires, Unfair Business Practices, and over regulation. My background is in Agriculture Business and Manufacturing. We must build reservoirs at high altitudes to capture the snowpack, while upgrading existing water storage infrastructure and investing into Desalinization on our coast. My long term vision is to make California a water exporter where we bring revenue into the state by selling water to Nevada, Arizona, and Mexico. We must have water for our Farmers and these are feasible realistic goals to accomplish. Homelessness today is due to a Mental Health Crisis, compounded with Drug Addiction, and exacerbated by a Failed Education System. We must provide help by going after the cause of the problem. By enforcing vagrancy laws and providing facilities outside of cities where folks can receive treatment for Mental Health and Drug Addiction the process can begin. We must first figure out: Who are they? Do they have anyone looking for them? Are they a US Citizen or Resident of the State? What is the challenge they are facing? While undergoing treatment people in the program will also be able to learn a job skill in either Sanitation, Construction, Basic Fire Fighting, or Agriculture. They will receive pay during the on the job training. Health Care, shelter and services will be deducted but never made into debt. Once they complete the program they will be eligible for Government Assisted Housing, they will have money in their pocket, and any business that hires someone out of the program will receive a tax incentive. CRT and Pornographic Sex Education have no place in our schools. Parents are the ones who have the ultimate say in what their children are allowed to be taught, or administered in school. Parental consent is paramount! We must bring Shop Class, Home Economics, Accounting, and Civics back as mandatory requirements for graduation. Real American History must be taught to our students and not the revisionist 1619 garbage! New classes like computer science and basic coding should be taught in our schools. The Pledge of Allegiance must be recited at the start of every day in school. Homosexuality and Transgenderism are not to be taught in schools. Law Enforcement must not be handcuffed when it comes to preforming their duties. Criminals must not have more rights than average citizens. The law must be enforced. Any DA in violation of their duties will be subject to incarceration. We do need prison reform and alternative forms of punishment. Environmental Regulations impeding our ability to do underbrush clearing is the direct cause of California's wildfires becoming so out of control. We must allow for underbrush clearing and better forest management to prevent these devastating events, in addition to far harsher punishments for Arsonists. We must make the process for would be firefighters far easier. Too much regulation and bureaucracy make joining the Fire Department far to difficult and limiting. We must provide more and new firefighting equipment and technology to our firefighters. Red tape, over regulation, and high taxes make California inhospitable to business. By removing red tape and getting rid of over regulation will allow businesses to have a competitive edge again in California, and by lowering business taxes will give them the funds to grow. For new and small businesses I want to give tax exemptions on a scale based on NET EARNINGS for the first 5 years to allow more people to start their own small businesses.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
It's a ridiculous notion. No one alive today is guilty of the slavery that happened in America. America was not the only country to have slaves. Slavery has been a part of human history for thousands of years and still exists today in many parts of the world. Do not stick your hand out for reoperations when so many are still enslaved around the world. Especially when the United States gives everyone of its citizens the opportunity to succeed should that individual put in the effort.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
Find me a better similarly priced way to extract it that's less harmful to the environment and we'll implement it. Until then we have energy needs to build towards a better future.
