QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Not only should they receive no funding, but we should abolish abortion by ignore Roe, establish justice for the unborn child (equal protections under the law), at conception without exception.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
God has set in His own hands the number of our days. Life must continue till natural death.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None. Ectopic pregnancies are not abortions. The child is already dead, and it is a completely different procedure.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
Taxation is theft.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Completely across the board until we can establish which programs are Constitutionally necessary. Also we should pass a balanced budget ammendment.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Flat tax/Fair Tax. Property taxes are unconstitutional. Taxes should be based on consumption, or a flat rate income tax with no exceptions or loop holes.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
In matters of conscience, the government has no place to dictate to an individual or an organization to comply with any standard that runs counter to their deeply held beliefs.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The state has no place or say in the church, but the church is to take its place and have its say in matters of state.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
D) No where in the Constitution is healthcare listed as a right or a function of government. For this to happen however, it should be gradual to accommodate the transition. Healthcare is not a right. It is a service.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C) Guarding our own sovereignty is the military's only mandate.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Israel is the only people that God has promised the land to, and her borders are prescribed in Genesis 15.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Start by identifying the enemy as being an ideology and not a people. The gospel is the answer.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Make the wall big, wide, and deep. Our sovereignty is being challenged on that front.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
This is aiding and abetting an invasion.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Through the prescribed legal channels we already have in place.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
A person is more than their sexual orientation, and to prescribe a person solely on their sexual preference is to say there is nothing more to that person. These self identified classes should not avail themselves to the civil laws that were put in place for people who experienced real prejudice and persecution.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Critical Race Theory is racism with more steps.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian. I believe that I am a sinner who deserved God's wrath and justice concerning my sins. I believe that Jesus's death satisfied God's wrath and justice concerning my sins. In faith (taking God at His Word), I have taken God at His promise, "Whosoever calls on the name on the Lord shall be saved." I'm destined to heaven, not because I'm a good person (I'm not Isaiah 64:6) But because He died for me in my place. Now do you believe that's true? Do you believe that if you asked Jesus to save you from your sins, do you believe He would? Then, you too can be saved. "Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." So what are you waiting for? Call on Him believing all He accomplished.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Seriously? Who doesn't have a photo identification?
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Keep those rights that have been delegate to the states intact.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
No one owes you anything for the sins of your father or theirs.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Only when politicians and false ministers go around stirring it up.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Disagree
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide.com that the correct answer should be: "Strongly Agree. I strongly agree it's use is proper for extracting oil and gas."
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Global warming is a hoax perpetuated by our government to seize more power from "we the people." All the "grant" based science seeks to give the government the answer they want so as to secure more funding.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
My Facebook feed for Pastor Heath Loftis has all of those things well archived.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I would like to bring to the forefront 3 main issues: Stop the bleeding, restore the breathing, and treat for shock. This saying is used for first responders and military personnel. Stop the bleeding, we must abolish and criminalize the genocide that is abortion. At every stage and be every means it must be done away with without exceptions. Restore the breathing, that is restore the state and individual liberties back to their proper places. Mask mandates and vaccine mandates have encroached on those liberties along with the freedom of worship etc. These all must be restored, and be given additional safeguards so that the federal or state government never violates them again. Treat for shock, the deficit, the two tier justice system, these shocking and unacceptable behaviors must be reined in if we are going to restore this country.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
When it comes to issues like this we either blame a person or a system. The police officer who is following their training doesn't have the luxury of armchair quarterbacking the situation like we are. If the practice is deemed ineffective or infringes on a personal liberty, it should be handled at the level of the department, not the officer having to make life and death decision in fractions of a second.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
(-) Police = (+) Crime
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. If the military can field it, you should wield it.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
While you're at it, sue Little Debbie for making you fat too.
