QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only if there is a decision for the mother to live or die for the child to be born. Beyond that low statistic of ever happening, I stand firm on my pro-life beliefs in protecting the child in the womb.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
I will not stand in the way of a person's decision if they are mentally stable to make such a decision based upon a serious illness that causes massive pain.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
This would need more clarity as to the business. No shirt or shoes, no service is vastly different than refusing service just because someone is of a certain religion. That is something I would never support as far as the bias.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
It is my belief that if a church needs to close the government should close first.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
There's no question that ISIS and others are a bunch of very bad guys. But it's primarily a threat to the people in the areas they control and not a direct threat to the United States. It's a predominantly Sunni group that will not be able to expand into non-Sunni areas. And the potential terrorist threat there, I think, has been greatly exaggerated. There are many groups around the world who would like to be able to go after the United States. Most of them fail. And in fact, the way to deal with it is primarily with intelligence and counterterrorism here at home.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Agree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Tax-payer-funded health care should be abolished, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
There should always be a choice for parents, no government.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
As governor, I will seek to eliminate the state income tax and implement a tourism tax. Our neighbors in Nevada would be a model I'd consider when it comes to the "how" of eliminating state taxes.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
First, we'd begin with a forensic audit to determine more than we know and begin to reduce and redirect funding based on our exploration. Secondly, spending on the high-speed railway would be a priority; we will also reduce funds for homeless programs that have failed our small businesses and communities. Just for the sake of argument, here are ways to cut expenses in the state budget in order to keep California’s state government solvent without punishing the wealthy or, worse, losing them to other states and nations. California now spends over $75,000 per year per prisoner, a cost that has doubled since 2005. In Alabama, it costs less than $15,000 per year per prisoner. If California contracted with the State of Alabama to have them house its 130,000 prisoners, that would save California taxpayers $7.8 billion per year. If doing business with Alabama is unpalatable, how about right across the border in Nevada? Nevada spends under $18,000 per year to house its prisoners – sending California’s prisoners across the Sierras to Nevada could save taxpayers $7.4 billion. Relocating California’s prisoners to other states is an extreme solution. But there are many other less extreme, bipartisan solutions to lower prison costs, including alternatives to incarceration. the UC System could reduce its administrative headcount by over 5,000 administrators and save at least $500 million per year. Do the same thing in California’s much larger Cal State and Community College systems, and you can probably achieve total savings of around $2.0 billion per year. Outsource CalTrans Work and Eliminate Redundant Positions – We'd likely save $2.5 billion. competitive outsourcing of roadwork contracts could save much more. CalTrans only outsources 10% of its roadwork, whereas, for example, Arizona outsources 80% of its roadwork. It is common to take competitive bids from private contractors to do public road maintenance and upgrades – CalTrans is the exception. A very expensive exception. Fund all CalTrans Work With Proceeds from Bullet Train Financing – another $10 billion per year for ten years. Ok, this isn’t entirely fair. Bonds are deferred taxes. But imagine if, instead of paying for a train that will never make any meaningful contribution to relieving the congestion on California’s roads and freeways, all that money was used to improve the roads? Redirecting Bullet Train funds – which are destined to total well in excess of $100 billion – into CalTrans projects would save taxpayers nearly 100% of CalTrans's budget for a decade or more. Slash State Agency Headcount and Pay/Benefits by 20% – Save $6.5 billion. Reform Pensions – $2.1 billion. When you talk about pensions, it is understating the problem to restrict the discussion to state agencies. Local cities, counties and school district pensions combine with state agencies to produce an unfunded liability that – depending on who you ask – ranges between $200 and $700 billion. Moreover, pension reform might be subsumed under the preceding Option #5. Nonetheless, here are the numbers for state agencies: Taxpayers contribute, on average, $21,900 towards each state workers pension, representing 26% of their pay. Just lowering that to a contributory 401K equivalent to 10% of pay would save at least $2.1 billion per year. In reality, because these pensions are so underfunded, getting control of pension benefits would actually save much more than this estimate. Face Reality and End the “Sanctuary State” – and save around $20 billion.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
An estimated 281 million people, approximately 3.6% of the world’s population, currently live outside their country of origin, many of whose migration is characterized by varying degrees of compulsion. An increasing number of migrants are forced to leave their homes for complex reasons. Human rights violations against migrants can include a denial of civil and political rights such as arbitrary detention, torture, a lack of due process, and economic, social, and cultural rights such as the rights to health, housing, or education. In stating that, we are a nation of immigrants who love this country, and as the next leader of the state, I would not fight against it. I believe a hard stance on reform for the process and the safety of the border are high priorities.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Disagree
I love what our law enforcement stands for and the service they provide, but I feel the same about big pharma. Everyone has to be subject to accountability at some level especially a role so crucial that has the task of protecting the life of others. If not, it breeds unintended consequences and behavior that could lead to the demise of another human life.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Restrictions on age, which are already on the books. Restrictions on anyone clinically or mentally ill. I believe in a constitutional carry state, and our state taking a stance against the many regulations would make our state safer.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The government is rooted in the power of the people. As such, the purpose of government is to reflect the public will and govern in the public interest.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I would like voters to truly engage during this election like never before. Right now, our opportunity to act upon everything we have been frustrated about. We, the people isn't just a thing to say; it is something to embrace and believe. California is long overdue relatable leadership; as the next Governor, I will usher in a bold, fresh and fair perspective ending emergency power, supporting school choice, fully funding law enforcement, and making sure our agriculture industry doesn't fail. In addition, our cities like Los Angeles deserve strong crime DA's, which I will support, and endorse.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and that God sent his only son to die for our sins. I believe in hard work and that your mindset is key to your success.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I will create a law that administers faster audits. I would eliminate universal mail-in ballots. I'd only support the elderly, veterans, disabled, and special needs request to vote by mail.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. This country has some of the most inclusive laws in history. There isn't another country to date that people clammer to visit and or live than Amercia.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Neutral
Repayments for anything verifiably taken by force or stolen will be supported by my administration. Given there is an actual reparations committee, I am interested in the findings as I continue to see how often Joe Biden can easily print dollars for other groups of people from other countries. To be clear, reparations have been administered to many other groups in America, even if it isn't framed as such.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
