In California: better monitoring and ultimately reduce "free money and services" If a capable individual refuses to work, no maintenance is provided. Catering to environmental dictates must be curtailed. Many duplicate "programs" from County to State must be eliminated.

Active in legal immigration groups. I was with President Trump at a support for families who had a lived one murdered by an illegal alien (meeting in Houston). Always paid our bills, married 60 years. Property owner, landlord.

I have regularly interacted with Boards of Supervisors in various Counties in California. Many City councils, committees, Boards, etc. Educated with the Ph.D. in life and physical sciences, taught at the university level several scientific publications served on dissertation committee. Not a politician.
