Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am pro life except for life of the mother, rape or incest.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

They were civil, loyal and inspired to establish a democracy for the people and by the people.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

These beliefs are personal and I do not believe I should disclose my beliefs under the Freedom of Religion rights of the First Amendment that I stand for. I will discuss them personally with anyone that needs to know. But generally am considered Protestant.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I have expressed my beliefs when President of the California Public Utilities Commission as supporting a free enterprise economy based on choice and competition. Would support a balance budget and work to reach one along with reducing the national debt.

Additional comment from candidate:

I believe I am the only Republican that can win the election in November because of my polling that support equal 35% v 32% with Kamala Harris the favored Democrat. This is because of my name recognition from running for State Treasurer both in 2002 and 2014 and the fact that I filed a Candidate Statement in the Secretary of State Voter Guide that explains my qualifications and experience that two of the other major Republicans did not do.
