OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Neutral

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion is a sensitive issue. I am not totally against Abortion, but there are limits. Therefore, at the present time I can no think of a better compromise than what the Supreme Court formulated in Ro eV Wade. I am in favor of keeping that compromise.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

No Answer

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

It is a tough issue to set forth, as I think the budget needs a total reduction. I would propose a one year reduction by 10% across all programs, and see which programs are still providing the benefit which they were set forth to provide and which are not. I would also look to reduce the NJ administrative Code. One fo the Things that I believe Donald Trump did right was to make his cabinet remove two rules for every new rule. I would ask the Governor to implement that in this State.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

No Answer

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The the Church should have no impact upon the governmental action. If the governmental actions, which all are are made by religious people then that is acceptable. But if the government is putting one religious belief before another then, that is a violation of the separation.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Neutral

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Start working on a method to develop a health care system that works for New Jersey and its citizens. NJ is a distinct State and every citizen of this state deserves the ability to obtain health insurance. But that system, needs to be streamlined, affordable and cover the needs of NJ citizens. I don't believe a federal mandated system works in New Jersey. we need to reduce the bureaucracy in the system, and make it easier to obtain and afford, and ultimate understandable.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I am all for immigration, I just do not think that if you arrived in the United States and have not completed the required method, then you should not be afforded any rights or privileges in this this Country or this State.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised Christian, my Mother was a Methodist my father was Catholic. There are variations in the religions, those variations have afforded me a different perspective on religion. it is my belief that religion is an important part of governing, as we need to have some basis regrading morality. Our country was founded on the idea of order of law, but those laws are based upon. the tenants of religion.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I hold a Degree in Communication from Rowan university. I have worked for several Newspapers as a reporter, covering politics and new. I also Worked at United Parcel Service while in College and for 5 years there after, where I learned hard work, logistics and discipline. I obtained my Juris Doctorate Degree in 2000, and have worked for private general practice firms since.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

That this State should look at the Candidates, and Not just Vote for the person in Office. If that is their thought, be informed and see what that person has done for them, the people, and what they have done for the State. Have they made it better? I want to reintroduce integrity to the political arena, I will do what I think is best for the people of New Jersey, not what is best for my party or myself.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

No Answer

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I would look too develop an educational and social programs to help with the root causes of Gun violence. it is easier to say let's take the guns, then it is to start looking at the courses of the violence when guns are used. we need to understand the reasons for the violence, I never hear anyone talking about that, do we need more mental health treatment availability,

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Agree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. A bill to implement some accountability for the elected official in this state. 2. A bill to reduce taxes and the Schools reliance upon property taxes for their budget. 3.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

yes, but not they way it is being presented. The Problem arises that every decision made by any person which is perceived to be wrong was based upon race. most decisions are not based on race in any Shape or form. the more we allow the media to present every choice bing made upon race, you will never afford anyone the opportunity to decide for themselves.
