Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a threat to security in the same way other pathologies are. Alcoholism, crime and violence in general are all domestic security threats, yet do not require the intervention of the state except in those case where actions motivated by those pathologies impact the safety of the public.
