QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

The issue of abortion is a very serious and personal one, the decision to have or not have one should lay solely with the woman, her partner, family doctor or religion.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I am for the removal of ALL public funds to things that are not directly and specifically qualified by either the US or PA Constitutions.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Eliminating income and personal property taxes would be a great 'Step 1.'

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Defense, public sector pensions legislators' salaries.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

A 'one size fits all' approach to education has been shown to clearly not benefit the pupils. Allowing parental choice in education and focusing on teaching the child and not to the DoE mandated tests will improve learning for all students.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

No business should be forced to serve a customer. That is not how the free market works. A business that refuses to serve someone for any reason should have that right, as they should ALSO be allowed to feel the repercussions of that choice.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but severely limited, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

An employer may choose to require a vaccination, but they should also be required to deal with the free market fallout of such a decision.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

A good first action would be to close military bases IN Islamic countries. And then stop drone striking civilians and creating more orphans who may grow up to hate the United States.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Agree

Physically securing the private property along the borders.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone who is not a wanted person in their home country should be allowed to come to the United States. The Naturalization process should also be made much simpler for those who wish to become citizens.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Absolutely. Local education decisions should remain local.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Disagree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony is a religious ceremony. "Marriage" or Civil Unions are contracts between 2 consenting adults. They are NOT the same.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

If we are to have a system that we have confidence in and maintains it value, it must be protected from abuse and fraud.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

A simple requirement to prove identity isn't even a new law.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism, as it exists today, is largely spun by the media and the elites to divide the people. Certainly, a person can be a racist, but the system, if left to course correct naturally, will weed out those people and expose their terrible ideas.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Only if you WERE formerly a slave should you receive reparations. Only if you WERE formerly a slave-owner should you pay reparations.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I fall somewhere in the middle of this. If what you are doing (as a land owner or corporation) impacts others you should be held to account.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Disagree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

It was supposed to be for the protection of the rights of the citizens. But, what we have today has strayed so far from that...

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

I am very Libertarian. I want the government OUT of peoples lives.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My priority is an absolute fidelity to LIBERTY for all the people of Pennsylvania.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Disagree

I would work to have Qualified Immunity completely revoked.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Agree

It would certainly be money better spent than turning local PDs into paramilitary organizations.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. Article I, section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states: “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

This is the most insane preposition I have heard. Will we be suing automotive manufacturers for drunk driving accidents?
