Individuals have the right to make decisions about their body to the extent that their right does not infringe upon the rights of another, including unborn babies capable of thriving. Therefore, Mindy believes that women have the right to terminate a pregnancy until the fetus reaches 24 weeks gestation.

Some loans are dischargeable through bankruptcy. Outside of that, individuals are responsible for paying off their student loan debt.

Our protected freedom of religion means that a single religion should not be present in any government-backed artifact, tradition, decoration, policy, etc. The word "god" reaches across religions and is so well indoctrinated into American government that its usage does not promote a single religion, nor does it improperly intertwine government and religion.

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

I believe that all individuals, 18 and over, have the right to purchase, own, or possess any firearm, except felons convicted of violent crimes. I support the right of all citizens, regardless of age, to purchase, own, or possess a rifle, shotgun, or other firearm typically used for hunting.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Data shows that since 9/11, more Americans have been killed by white supremacists than any other acts of terror, including jihadists. Racism is a direct threat to national security. The quickest way to ease tension and keep domestic extremists at bay is through electing officials from other political parties and ending the bipartisan system.
