Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
As a man, I do not have the right to regulate a woman's body or to try to enact legislation to do such. I believe that a woman has the right to choose, and if there is a father who is involved then they should settle the matter between themselves or in the courts, should the need arise. I believe that the anti-abortion view is a religious ideology, and that any legislation that is enacted that would supersede the ability of one person to choose to get an abortion because of another person's religious views would be a violation of the 1st Amendment and Freedom of Religion, as the ideology and views of one person's religious beliefs are being forced upon another person who does not share in those beliefs.

By enacting legislation that requires congress to put back any funds that have been withdrawn with interest, then making the amount available unable to be accessed unless for very specific social issues. Then we should look at the example Norway has given, with a very healthy and robust social security system amounting to over 1 trillion dollars for it's 5 million population, and enact a similar trust for the people of the US.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I believe that a complete audit is needed in order to determine what exactly can be cut and where those funds can be better placed or eliminated entirely in order to try to balance the budget.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Education should be seen as an investment in the future of the country and not as a commodity, we already have State Colleges and Universities that already accept taxpayer dollars but none of those dollars go towards helping students being able to afford going to school.

By looking at other countries who have had healthcare for decades and see how the successful ones are working and adopt a system that is similar, also we would need to adopt an audit system that audits hospitals and pharmaceutical companies to ensure they are not charging $700 for insulin which costs pennies to make, or $50 for a saline bag. We need to no longer see someone's health as a commodity.

This is a difficult question due to the fact this is a threat and enemy we cannot see, we must continue our counter-terror tactics and continue to monitor radical groups of all kinds to know if and when something is going to happen.

I was raised a Catholic and went to a Baptist church, I have been around the world and prayed in Muslim Mosques, Hindu Temples, Jewish Synagogues, and countless churches. I've meditated in Buddhist holy cities and temples, and been blessed by native shamans and medicine men. I have come to realize that as a people, though we can be separated by religions, we are more alike than we are different. I consider myself spiritual, but I no longer say that I am one religion or another, but rather I practice acceptance and understanding of other people and their religious views.

I want to give the people of Louisiana a choice, to have a candidate that truly wants to help Louisiana and try to fix the issues we have. I want to bring up the inadequacies we have so that we may try to fix them and build a better, healthier, and cleaner future. Louisiana deserves more than what it has gotten in terms of politicians, and too many of us in the 2nd District have gotten the short end of the stick. Please, vote for change!

Absolutely, when a person has to fear for their life based on just sheer happenstance of having been born different than another individual, that breeds contempt for the society they live in and violence tends to be the end result of an unfair and racist system, where the racists are and always will be the aggressors. This does not promote a peaceful society which we deserve.
