OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I oppose the use of taxpayer-funded abortion I will consider the use of abortion if required to prevent the death of the mother, when the pregnancy is the result of rape, or when the pregnancy of a minor is the result of incest where the perpetrator of the crime has been reported to a law enforcement agency

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

Socialism provides a robust foundation for a stable economy.

Strongly Disagree

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Remove burdensome regulations that prevent the success of small businesses, invest in career training in high school, child-care provisions for single parents/caregiver homes, or homes where both parents/caregivers work outside the home. Encourage liveable wage, never requiring an employee to pay fees or dues to remain in employment.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Lowering taxes, job creation, and re-training, investing in startups, small business income tax moratorium for the first 12 months of opening to reinvest in the business.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or business owners because of their deeply held religious beliefs.

Strongly Agree

Governments should not penalize those who define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Neutral

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Healthcare needs to return to a benefit offered by employers. Remove burdensome penalties and regulations previously established by the Affordable Cares Act while maintaining coverage for pre-existing conditions and encourage competitive pharmaceutical pricing. When Insurance providers are required to compete for business they look for added benefits and ways to reduce the burden on the employer and employee.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

I support sanctuary cities.

Strongly Disagree

EDUCATION

Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Agree

Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.

Strongly Disagree

People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."

Strongly Disagree

Free speech is under attack on public university and college campuses.

Strongly Agree

Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.

Strongly Agree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

They wanted to avoid the divisions that had ripped England apart and provide the checks and balances to ensure no one party or group could control all levels of governing and limit their role by recertifying the government every several years

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in GOD as the creator of all things and his son Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6, NIV)

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

https://sylivaforva

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

As a SWaM business owner, I provided an engaging outlet for children as well as adults in the community. As an associate in the Residential Construction Industry for more than 24 years, I understand the shortage of tradesmen and the impact that labor shortage has had on the industry as a whole. Overreach by state and local government essentially making the small business owner thy brother's keeper, is forcing small business and sole proprietors out of business.

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

As a Christian, Wife, Mom, and Businesswoman I know the challenges of juggling family and work life. I recognize that our children are the future of Virginia and our country and the focus must be returned to making sure our children receive the very best education, safe communities to go to school in, play in and work in. We must not allow outside influence by others to take away the Parent's ability to decide what is best for their children and any attempt to do so will be met with the force of a Momma Bear protecting her cubs!

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support the death penalty.

Agree

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.

Strongly Disagree

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.
