People who have been vetted and are willing to support themselves. However, it should not cost thousands of dollars.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child instead of the bureaucracy, through a program which allows parents the freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

No. Racism would just about be faded into the past by now, if democrats would stop feeling guilty of their ancestors' roles in slavery, and projecting it onto others. However, Democrats want to use racism to justify many terrible justice policies.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
