OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I believe a woman has the right to choose up until the end of the first trimester and then if deemed medically necessary.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Agree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

The state constitution should limit the growth of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.

Agree

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

I would like to see jobs that left the US in the 90's and early 2000's come back here and provide more jobs to people. I think allowing companies certain tax incentives to making their products only in the United States would help bring those companies home.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The government should have less of a hand in the public's dealings and in boosting the economy. At this point in time our economy would have been much stronger had the government not stepped in and shut everything down.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Disagree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Agree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Neutral

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Having standardized and transparent pricing for everything and taking the corporations out of medicine. Our health, as a country, should not be for someone else's profit.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Agree

IMMIGRATION

I support sanctuary cities.

Disagree

EDUCATION

Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Agree

George Washington's comment that “Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society” is still true today.

Agree

Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.

Neutral

People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."

Strongly Disagree

Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.

Strongly Agree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I believe they wrote our constitution to represent the people of the country and not the monarchy that we were leaving behind. Seeing as they did back in the 1700's I believe they were just trying to keep a monarchy out of our country.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe there is a higher power but would like more proof. I believe that being a good person and doing charitable work is the key to being happy and staying humble.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am your everyday citizen who knows what it is like to be over taxed and at times underpaid. I am a father who understands the decisions made today have a huge impact in our children's lives both currently and in the future. I am a union steamfitter who knows that an honest days work will being about honest results and completed projects. Being a home owner I understand that our property taxes are to high in our area and that something needs to be done. I feel real life has given me the education I need to be in office and represent the people of my district and the state of Wisconsin.

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I believe it is time to start voting in people who are not afraid to stand outside of the two party system. People that want to actually represent their constituents and not their parties' interests. I am one of those people. I am fighting an uphill battle of old ideas and stereotypes everyday. I am trying to be there for the people of my district and not for either party or their donors. I am open to new ideas and believe every person should have a voice.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support the death penalty.

Agree

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.

Strongly Disagree
