I am a lifelong learner and free thinker. I have earned three degrees and I have twenty years of experience as a teacher, counselor, and administrator in our public schools.

I respect the 2nd amendment in regards to owning guns for hunting, recreation, and personal protection. With that said, I would work to restrict the manufacturing and selling of semi automatic long guns that resemble fully automatic, assault style, military grade long guns. I would also work to restrict the manufacturing and selling of high capacity magazines and bump stocks.
