Under extremely rare circumstances so as to never be exploited for: (1) incest, (2) rape, (3) medical anomaly, or (4) a combination of the previously mentioned.

Eliminating the majority of it. The federal income tax is unConstitutional. The Federal Reserve Act was never properly ratified. Look into its unjust ratification in 1913. The Ad Volarem tax, Franchise tax, and inventory tax are all a joke and nickel and dime small and medium businesses making it harder to survive. We need to create a tax haven like Monaco and invite more business here. It is hard for small and medium-sized businesses to make a profit and survive here in America by design.
