I would not change any laws that were in effect for the 2020 elections, which reported the least fraud and the highest voter turn-out in history. I would propose changes to reinstate PEVL, increase ballot access by adding or enhancing all forms of voting - in person voting and/or drop offs locations, USPS drops. I would also propose more stringent standards required to initiate recounts, propose changes for campaign funding; ie. elimination of dark money. Yes. Racism and dislike of "otherness" is a fundamental element of American society used to discriminate, alienate, disenfranchise, and exclude nonwhite Americans. The January 6th Insurrection, and the constant onslaught of mass murders and attacks against minority groups, are powerful indicators.
