QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

As a devout, orthodox Catholic, I strongly believe in the Right to Life.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

Sanger's eugenics program should be shut down and certainly shouldn't receive any State or federal monies.

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

The most helpless, abortion survivors, should be protected by the State and given the opportunity to have a full and fulfilling life.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None. All life matters.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

We saw what happened during Wuhan: the government stopped citizens from attending church, but allowed many businesses to stay open. In some States, people were jailed for attending religious services. Never again!

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

As a devout, orthodox Catholic, spreading the Gospel is a central tenant of My faith.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It is one line in one letter from Jefferson to Danbury Baptists. It has been distorted to mean that religion may play no role in government. This is a false interpretation and is clearly antithetical to the intent and designs of the Founder and the Framers. I do not support the modern progressive interpretation of a wall between religion and government.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

A strong military is necessary, but our War Department cannot pass an audit and government defense contractors regularly fail to fulfill their contracts on time and on budget. Wasting America's wealth does not create a strong military. Being a wise steward of taxes is a requirement of good governance.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

The high cost of healthcare is directly a result of government interference in the free market. Allowing market forces to drive competition will lead to lower costs and better quality care for all. The cost of a medical treatment or service should be publicly available to allow consumers to compare and contrast.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Remove as much (nearly all) government interference in the health care market as possible, so that natural market forces drive competition, lowering prices. Require open, public listing of costs and services, so that consumers can make informed decisions.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

This is a marxist/socialist idea that from each according to his ability, to each according to his need. The Pilgrims tried communism. It failed spectacularly.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Market forces drive competition and lead to lower prices and higher quality.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

A college education is not necessary to most professions. Those seeking to work a trade should be encouraged.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Any and all. Reducing the size of our State government to only provide those services it is constitutionally mandated to provide should be the goal. Indiana should seek to free herself from the shackles of federal funding.

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

A secure border is absolutely necessary to the security of these united States.

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Any public or private entity aiding the criminal invasion of these united States should be prosecuted under 8 USC 1324.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I'm in favor of a twenty year, complete moratorium on immigration (as America has done in the past). We must assimilate those legal immigrants who are here and deport those who refuse to assimilate, along with all criminal invaders (and their anchor children). After twenty years, we can revisit the needs of these united States.

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

Training should be provided as no one can predict how they will react in a high-pressure, life-or-death situation.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The Second Amendment is clear, "[T]he right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The Indiana State Constitution is also clear, "The People shall have the Right to bear arms, for the defense of themselves and the State." I am opposed to any restriction of My fellow Hoosiers' Liberty.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Repeal of IC 10-14-3, Indiana's Emergency/Disaster law. This legislation was used by Gov. Holcomb to exceed his authority and suppress the Liberty of Hoosiers. It is unconstitutional. Repeal of Indiana's property tax law and replacement with a one time sales tax on the sale of all real estate/property. It is immoral for the State to have a perpetual lien on your property. Restoring local control of land use on the county level (if such legislation passes this session). Multi-billion dollar corporations should not be able to force construction without local government consent.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Sharia law is antithetical to Western society. I will not allow My posterity to become dhimmi.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I consider Myself a Jeffersonian Anti-Federalist. The government which governs least governs best. I believe in personal responsibility and individual Liberty.

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Search any of My online posts. I've been an apostle of individual Liberty and personal responsibility My whole public life. I've stood proudly on these principles and have nothing to hide nor fear in championing them.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I've served in the United States Air Force and Navy during times of active conflict, including being deployed to Iraq in 2005. I understand the sacrifices our service members make. I have studied the Constitution and the Founding. I regularly attend the meetings of My town council, county council, and county commissioners, as it is the responsibility of the citizens to ensure that our elected servants are performing their duties correctly and responsibly.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

When elected, I will quit My current job and work full time for My constituents and My fellow Hoosiers, even though State legislator is a part-time position and is paid as such. I believe that it will be My responsibility, as your public servant and representative, to dedicate My time to serving you - focusing on cutting waste and fraud, like the IEDC, and protecting Hoosiers' Liberty. I will work to make Indiana a leading State constitutionally and, using that foundation, work to restore our federal government to its constitutional boundaries.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

As John Adams said, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." and "Statesmen, my dear Sir, may plan and speculate for Liberty, but it is Religion and Morality alone, which can establish the Principles upon which Freedom can securely stand."

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a devout, orthodox Catholic. I adhere to the Magisterium in its traditional form.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

The security of our elections can only be secured by knowing that only citizens of the appropriate age are voting and that they are voting in their proper precinct. Strong evidence of fraud had been uncovered and this fraud presents an existential threat to our Republic.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

The Framers were wise to distribute the Power of electing the President among the several States, so that the President would represent a majority of The People, not limited to one State or region.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No it is not. There is only one race: human. All distinctions in appearance are the art of God. Claims of different 'races' based on appearance are just a marxist/progressive propaganda to drive wedges between Americans.
