QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Most fetal homicides in the United States (and elsewhere) are performed for patient convenience, an ethically unacceptable reason for sacrificing a human life. However, when the law does not impede such barbaric acts, patients should pay for it themselves; after all, it is a cheap procedure, too cheap!
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
The law should not facilitate ending sacred human life except for judicial executions.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
When good medical judgment suggests the mother is at high risk of death and will take the baby down with her. When conceived by rape, reasonably established by law enforcement and judicial authorities at the time of the crime with the patient fully cooperating with such authorities to capture, arrest, and try the rapist; a late claim of conception by rape does not qualify for fetal homicide. Actual arrest and conviction of the rapist should not be required (it is not always possible), only the judicial cooperation of the victim.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
It is immoral theft for the government to forcefully take private property, honestly earned, from one person and give to another. The government should not be committing proxy crimes that would be illegal for an individual to perform by himself or herself.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
I will not vote for the federal expenditure of more than $1 trillion. I will introduce a constitutional amendment to repeal the authority of Congress to borrow money on the credit of the United States, thus cancelling Article 1, Section 8, clause 2 of the present Constitution. This amendment should not be confused with the various "balanced budget" amendments advocated by various groups. It is much stricter and has no exceptions except during war declared by Congress.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
All of the refundable and most of the nonrefundable income tax credits should be repealed. All income earned by the passing of time (such as interest and capital gains) should be fully discounted or indexed for price inflation (with all market and indexed losses being fully deductible) before being taxed until the 16th Amendment can be repealed, after which a very much smaller national government should be financed by consumption and luxury taxes and extensive user fees that fully cover the cost of all government services with reasonably identifiable beneficiaries.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
NO, businesses and individuals have the absolute right to choose their customers and clientele, whether the choices are related to moral/ethical beliefs or any other factor.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The First Amendment gets it right. Congress shall make NO LAW favoring (or hindering) any religious establishment, regardless of the historical timing of that religious establishment.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Private employers and private schools cannot coercively require anything of employees or students but have the right to choose their employees and students on any basis whatsoever, so they can choose only vaccinated employees or students, if so desired; however, this must be only the fully free choice of the employer or school, not a governmental mandate that employers and schools must require vaccinations. Any particular governmental entity, including governmental schools, should be able to make limited and very reasonable requirements for vaccination within its own sphere of operation, very narrowly defined. The best way to promote health care freedom of choice is to abolish most of these governmental entities so that the sphere of free choice enlarges and the sphere of governmental compulsion decreases.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
A & B. No such thing as government funded medical welfare exists or can exist; only taxpayer funding can reasonably be discussed. A, B, & C. All medical care funded by taxpayers should correctly be called "welfare"; it is a lie to call any of these programs "insurance." D. Yes, the right ethical and moral answer is to defund and abolish all present medical WELFARE programs; none of them should be replaced with any other programs supported by taxpayers.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C & D awkwardly combine for the right answer. We should adopt a foreign policy of total and absolute nonintervention in all foreign conflicts except when the actions of foreign nations put our own sovereignty in imminent danger.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
I strongly oppose the participation of the United States government and all the state governments and their subsidiary governments in the BDS movement; the United States government should strongly maintain a unitary foreign policy of neutrality by forbidding participation in the BDS movement by governments at any level. Private entities may choose whether to invest in or divest from the Israeli economy without interference from the federal government.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Some of the nuclear weapons formerly targeting the Soviet Union should be retargeted to China.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We should initiate a policy of strict neutrality toward Israel and all the Arab and Islamic nations, beginning with a stern warning that we will retaliate against any other nation that attacks us.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Neutral
I am uncertain of the benefits of a Wall, although it is definitely ethical to attempt, but funding a Wall is a problem in a government that is bankrupt and fiscally broken. Illegal immigration can probably be discouraged more effectively by implementing nonaccomodating measures against it, such as requiring high fluency in English for prolonged residency and citizenship and forbidding the federal government and all subsidiary governments from doing business in any language other than English.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
The federal government should not permit any form of welfare to be provided by any level of government to any aliens and should discourage immigrant "sanctuary" cities and counties by completely defunding those cities and counties and the states that permit them to function.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
No immigration should be permitted until the present illegal immigration crisis is resolved by accounting for reasonably all of the present illegal immigrants; that will probably take years, if not decades. Illegal immigration should be treated, in some respects, like a foreign invasion.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
All private businesses and employers should be able to choose their customers and employees on any basis whatsoever. All prior nondiscrimination laws pertaining to private businesses and employers should be repealed and no longer serve as unethical and immoral precedents for new protected classes.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
ABSOLUTELY NOT. CRT is based on severely twisted presentations of history and outright lies. The United States has the least prejudiced and most successful multicultural society ever achieved in world history in a populace with such a wide variety of races and ethnic groups.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My spiritual beliefs and values that are relevant to governmental service, especially to a legislative elective office, are derived from our Judeo-Christian ethical heritage. I firmly believe that we should live together peaceably in a noncoercive society; it is unethical, actually wicked and evil, to initiate coercion (libertarians call it aggression) against any other peaceable person. This ethical rule applies to governments as well as individuals. Making poor life choices is NOT an exception to that rule unless those choices are aggressive, coercive toward others, or otherwise contrary to peaceful coexistence. The government should forbid, discourage, and punish any and all coercive and aggressive behavior among the populace but should not use aggressive policies, including taxation, in attempts to solve social problems not resulting from individual aggressions against one another. Government should not do for anyone what that person could not do for himself without committing an obvious crime. In other words, the government should not be committing proxy crimes for the benefit of some citizens at a cost to other citizens.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Election integrity requires the principle of only one vote per eligible citizen per election. Voter identification is critically important to prevent any votes from those not eligible to vote (youth, noncitizens, others) and to prevent multiple votes from who are eligible.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Very few federal laws should regulate voting; this is a state government jurisdiction that would be out of my jurisdiction as a member of Congress. I am somewhat favorable to making election day a national holiday, especially if Labor Day is eliminated in exchange. The only new federal holiday that I strongly favor is Constitution Day. Perhaps election day could be held on Constitution Day to bring remembrance to that severely neglected and forgotten day that is generally unknown to most modern Americans. I favor state (not federal) legislation that would reestablish in-person voting at recognized polling locations with paper ballots suitable for hand-counting (even if counted by machine) as the regular standard with absentee balloting available for limited reasons.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
I favor reparations to be paid to every LIVING FORMER SLAVE to be paid for by every LIVING FORMER SLAVE-HOLDER or to be paid for by every registered Democratic voter, since hardly any Republicans in all our history ever owned any slaves.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Black racism (and woke theory) threatens to become, and is actually becoming, a severely destabilizing factor (and a threat to domestic security) in American society.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
Fossil fuels are the most efficient source of energy for our present modern economy. As their supply diminishes in the years and centuries ahead, the marketplace and advancing science will show us their most efficient replacement. Government intervention cannot improve that marketplace efficiency but will surely cause innumerable problems to the extent that it is embraced.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Neither A nor B really explains the freedom message. We have the God given right to a free economy; it is not about jobs. B is simply a fascist control-freak answer to fears of the free market.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I consider myself a libertarian constitutional conservative who will be bound by an oath recorded in Heaven to follow the Constitution as it was understood and intended by its Framers but without slavery.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Never
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
My first priority is drastically reducing the size of the federal government by defunding and eliminating about half of the present cabinet-level departments and many of the subagencies of the more legitimate departments. I favor pink slips for millions of federal workers and the sale of trillions of dollars-worth of federal property. I favor the conversion of all BLM and federal forest service land to private property by sale to American citizens and institutions. All federal services with obviously identifiable beneficiaries should be financially reorganized to operate solely on user fees without any appropriations from the taxpayers.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Disagree
Qualified immunity should be more limited, but not by federal law; this is within the jurisdiction of state governments to improve. Public employee unions, including police unions, are a major problem in protecting bad police officers and other public servants. I will introduce amendments to the Wagner Act completely repealing ALL aspects of federal labor legislation that protects and/or facilitates the functioning of ALL public employee unions, including police unions.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
This absurd idea will die after the first few unarmed mental health workers are killed in action and the rest resign or otherwise refuse to act in dangerous situations, but until then, life without police officers will become much more dangerous. Instead, we should reestablish the concept that the first duty of police officers is to protect the innocent public; the Supreme Court decisions to the contrary should be reversed.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The 2nd Amendment ("shall not be infringed") forbids the federal government from making any laws about gun ownership. Widespread gun ownership fosters the public safety in our present situation of very limited police protection. I approve of "castle doctrine" and "stand your ground" laws to protect human life and property.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Firearms dealers and manufacturers have NOTHING to do with gun violence and should have NO legal liability for the improper/illegal use of firearms. All liability should be attributed to the criminal users.
