Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None; HOWEVER, restrictions and obstacles to adoption should be removed. Ectopic transplants have been documented as possible since 1915, so that's not necessarily an exception. NOBODY has any moral or legal authority to aggressively harm or kill innocent human lives.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
This is a state race, so the state budget has to be balanced anyway. The state government should only be spending on roads, prisons, courts, parks, and maybe higher education. The rest should be local or abolished.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means exactly what Jefferson wrote that it meant on January 1st, 1802, in his letter to the Danbury Baptists, and as later made authoritative by the Supreme Court in both Reynolds v. U.S. and Everson v. Board. That to me means that government stays out of religion, and religion stays out of government, so both can function properly. When they are mixed, neither functions properly and both fail. Neither should be a crutch to prop up the other; that means they're both doing it wrong. For Christians, remember Mt.6:5-6.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone but only if they go through the proper process legally, through the front door with permission, and are not a threat to our life, Liberty, or property. States should turn over illegal alien trespassers to ICE for immediate deportation when they are found. Remember, 9/11 was done by illegal alien trespassers on expired visas and a failure of government to deport them. Who's next?

ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
If you look at my public Facebook, you find that I am a conservative libertarian who believes that individual rights are the foundation of a free and prosperous society, starting with the rights of life for one to live, liberty to live as a moral and ethical person according to the dictates of their own conscience and knowledge, and property to own oneself including all of their labor and the fruits thereof in order to be able to have that life and Liberty. It is from those rights and the respect for them that a civil society and culture exists and grows, including one's religious freedom and freedom of conscience. With those rights comes the responsibility–politically, legally, morally, and ethically–to not infringe upon those same rights of anyone else. Government, with its monopoly on aggressive force, is not the vehicle to protect those rights as it tends to infringe upon them, and the right of self-defense must be allowed to be exercised against any and all aggressors.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I work in IT as a process person. I understand sausage factories. As an elected member of my HOA, I rewrote their Bylaws and Covenants. I have rewritten the Bylaws of my party in two states and multiple counties. I have been a resident of the district from 1999-2003 and 2011 to present. As someone who is not a Democrat or Republican I do not answer to party bosses; I answer to the people. My district includes a major Army base and I have worked with the Defense Department for over 23 years, so I understand that bureaucracy and mentality as well.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Roll back the governor's abuse of emergency powers as shown with this COVID-19 panic-demic. 2. Develop and pass a comprehensive county-by-county highway and bridge infrastructure restoration plan. 3. Begin the process of disentangling the state government from county and local governments, including school funding. 4. Preserve and protect TABOR by closing its fee loophole, and protecting Gallagher to keep our taxes low and economy prosperous.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
It is, but the race problems are greatly aggravated and exacerbated by government policy. It was government policy that gave the nation slavery, Jim Crow, segregation, Japanese internent camps, Sand Creek Massacre, the Trail of Tears, and Kent State, among other atrocities. Fix those policies and we'll be getting somewhere. Economic freedom and equality of opportunity helps, as does changing hearts and minds, but get government out of the way.
