QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Neutral
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Neutral
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Incest, rape and danger to life of mother
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Government spending in Criminal Court system- the Probation system needs to be eliminated as it is a money sucking mechanism to increase and secure salaries for judges and prosecutors.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Disagree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
State does not dictate the functions of the church
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I believe that the government is required to provide all emergency health care for free but that it should be up to the people to secure health care on their own. I also believe that government can give incentives to small businesses to provide health care to individuals through their employment
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Disagree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration must be legal and methodical. Lottery system should be eliminated. Everyone should be required to go through the same application process

Agree

Neutral
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Christian values. I am of Armenian background and have strong faith and belief in God.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I believe in God, Family and Country in that order. I believe in conservative family values in that a marriage should be between a man and a woman who then reproduce within the confines of the marriage. I do not support the bearing of children out of wedlock because I believe that that kind of set up hurts children and affects their mental health.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have the highest education this country offers. I have a medical doctor degree followed by nearly a decade of surgical training. My experience observing the court system and being involved intricately with cases gives me the insight on how much of a need there is to revamp the system. Things from qualified immunity to corruption in the court system with fast and loose relations and favoritism going on between judges and prosecutors need immediate attention. The bullying of criminal defense lawyers by prosecutors need to be addressed and eliminated as well. We are convicting our citizens on loose circumstantial evidence almost at a rate of 80% and locking people up on such loose circumstantial evidence for life. We have to redefine what sort of reliable standard degree of proof is needed for life sentences.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am the only true anti-corruption candidate in this race. I will tackle the criminal justice system head on and make sweeping changes which have never been even attempted. I will bring up communities that have been forgotten and neglected like East Tampa and South St. Petersburg. I will protect and encourage small business ownership and reduce the co-dependency on government by way of housing projects and food stamps.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Background checks and pause time before issuing the permit
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Agree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
Criminal Justice Reform- a complete overhaul of the criminal court system Reducing Projects and Get People into Ownership status with homes in areas like East Tampa and South St. Petersburg Encourage Small Business Ownership by any and all means necessary
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a threat whether it is a threat to domestic security I cannot say as there is not enough evidence of it. Racism is an absolute threat to social justice and equality among all Americans
