OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am pro-life and do not support abortion. An exception to this, is if a child was conceived as a result of a violent crime, such as rape or other similar crime, or if a medical condition exists where it is medically necessary to save the life of the mother and the death of the unborn child is an unintended secondary effect, then the mother should be given the option to abort the pregnancy.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

This requires review of specific budget items to which I currently do not have access.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Religion should not be dictated by the government but should provide the moral framework for our laws. Our country is one nation under God, based on Judeo-Christian values. We should embrace this and continue to use it as our moral and legal guide, instead of constantly trying to remove God. People should be free to exercise their religious beliefs and be free to practice and change beliefs according to their conscience.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

This is a large topic which has baffled all the prior leaders of our nation. This small space of 500 characters is hardly the place to arrogantly think that I have resolved this tremendously challenging topic.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

People that are willing to follow the rules and established laws for immigration and are willing to assimilate into American society to help us prosper and grow as a nation.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian with conservative principles and my relationship with God is personal and private.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I am a 1st generation American. I was born to immigrant parents that immigrated legally to the US during World War II. They came with nothing, worked hard to establish themselves and to provide for their family. They started as manual laborers, picking cotton in LA, learned the language, and became productive members of American society. My parents were poor but valued hard work and education and instilled those values in their children. This should be the goal of all immigrants to the US. From many countries, we are one nation, but that nation has laws that must be followed. To bypass the legal system of entry into the US, by illegal aliens should be prosecuted to prevent and discourage further illegal entry.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am a Board Certified physician in Pain Management by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehab. I also hold Board certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Disability Analysts, and am additionally board-certified in Regenerative Medicine. I am a small business owner, working in private practice to provide the highest quality medical care for my patients to optimize their function. I have also worked as a Medical Expert for the Florida Board of Medicine to improve healthcare for Floridians by helping the Florida State Attorney prosecute poor medical care while helping to support good physicians and good medicine. With the current pandemic, politicians are often self-serving or corrupt, working for their own self interests or political ideology rather than for their citizens. If elected, I promise to bring common sense and my medical expertise back to the state legislature to find practical solutions for our state.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am not a politician. I'm a concerned citizen, who feels that it is necessary for people to stand up and fight for our state and our country. With the current pandemic crippling our country, I see politicians who are often self-serving or corrupt, working for their own self interests and political ideology rather than for their citizens. For too long, we have allowed politicians to manipulate us as a society for their own political and financial gain. We, as a society, must stand up against this corruption of our republic. Now more than ever, we need elected officials to do the right things for the citizens. The government works for the people, and given the current health crisis as well as the future challenges we will face, we need experts in all fields. If elected, I promise to bring my medical expertise along with common sense & practical solutions to our state legislature in an effort to secure a safe and prosperous Florida for our future and for our children.God Bless America

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I am a firm supporter of the 2nd amendment, but crazy people should be no where near a firearm. Removing a 2nd amendment right should be such a high bar as it is one of our basic rights. This would be a challenging topic to resolve. A diagnoses of psychotic behavior should be exempt from HiPPA law restrictions for the purpose of purchasing a firearm and this information should be available to all firearms dealers.Gun free zones don't work and present a target for cowards and should be eliminated

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1.Resolving the pandemic. 2.Restore Law and or Order. 3.Provide the services that the Democrat party has failed to provide to the citizens of District 81 for past 30 years.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Systemic racism is term made up by liberals to distract voters from thinking about failed liberal policies and to sow division and discontent. All around our country, we see the hypocrisy and failure of liberal policies which have destroyed and impoverished many major cities and now seeks to sow division, while promoting special interests and advancing their own political agenda. As a conservative and a Christian, I stand against all racism, as we are all part of the human race. However, racism does exists and is perpetuated by a small number of individuals of all races. Our country has a rich and wonderful history, for which we should all be proud. We learn from history the struggles of our great country which have tested our endurance and strengthened our resolve. We have risen up from those challenges to lead the world, and though our resolve is once again being tested, I believe we will endure these challenges and rise as a stronger and more grateful nation.
