QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Preferably none. The advances in medical science a to perform an abortion to save the life of a mother is advanced enough to curtail most but not all possibilities of such a procedure. In very extreme medical or accident cases where this possibility could exist. I would defer that sole personal decision to the biological mother or father. The killing of babies in or out of the womb is evil and a sin. It should be noted, I was adopted at 6 weeks old, my birth mom was 14 years old. All my siblings are adopted. I support adoption.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
I would not. I would check on the solvency of the current SS fund. Many Americans depend upon their SS benefits. I would slowly phase out SS, by currently supporting those already vested in the system, up to the amount they vested. I would also not allow any able bodied working new recipients. Instead work on legislation which would give concurrent incentives (tax credits, roll overs or deductions, other options w/o penalty) and support policy/laws that would (1) encourage individual IRA's, 401 k's, etc,. (2) support payroll employer matching, so each and every individual will have control of their own financial futures. (3) I would banish/recall the current rules of early withdrawal penalties on retirement accounts. The whole goal is to have every succeeding new generation of workers in charge of their own financial futures instead of relying on government. I am retired and do not take social security.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Regarding Federal budgets and spending. All programs have to be reevaluated, potentially down sized or eliminated. Like all of us citizens in order to stay financially solvent we cannot spend more than we can earn.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
None, unless there is a catastrophic injury, illness or death of the student. All student loans should be supported by mandatory low cost affordable insurance, which will cover the entire loan debt.I would encourage individuals to enter programs or institutions who will pay for your college education. Like the U.S. Armed forces to get the GI bill and college tuition. This is what I did and many others who did the same. I also know others who paid off their student loans in full. Be responsible.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
First Amendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The First Amendment's Establishment Clause prohibits the government from making any law “respecting an establishment of religion.” This clause not only forbids the government from establishing an official religion, but also prohibits government actions that unduly favor one religion over another. The Establishment Clause acts as a double security, for its aim is as well the prevention of religious control over government as the prevention of political control over religion.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
The current issues (cost and availability) with health care involves the bottom line "profit". HMO's PPO's and others profiteers (not the worker bee's) in health care industry have legislated policy to line their pockets. Regarding adequate, affordable and accessible health care to all. I believe health care is divided into 3 parts (physical, emotional/mental, spiritual) American society has all three of these industries/groups in it's societal infrastructure. I think these should be (1) brought together, (2) I believe everyone who has an income should pay their legitimate portion for health care support, if possible (3) Health care costs should be categorized by a persons income, medical condition, age and means.(4) Disabled, special needs and cases, should have subsidized gov't medical care in full. (5) The health care legislation and funding should be audited and programs that have loop holes that allow unnecessary profit/cost but not equal care or support should be eliminated.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Continually revise and put into law commensurate legal policy, keeping a strong and engaged military, support a robust intelligence service (CIA, FBI, DEA, DHS, DIA, NEST, etc) support a strong terrorism policy, properly equip law enforcement agencies with the appropriate tools (finance, ROE, equipment, political and legal support) to monitor, arrest, prosecute, imprison, and seize their assets (for use in our anti terrorism programs) who are located inside and outside of the USA. U.S. citizens potentially engaged in potential terrorist activity are to be investigated and thoroughly vetted and identified as criminal supporters or are engaged in criminal activity or preparations of radical terrorist behavior and practices (regardless of which religion, cult, citizenship or group) who pose a threat to our national, public and economic security. Non U.S. citizens identified should fall under the laws applicable to enemy combatants.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those individuals who go thru and pass the long established immigration process.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in One God in three persons. God the Father sent His Son to atone for the sins of all man kind. I believe Jesus is coming again. I DO NOT BELIEVE in general terms Christians and/or Christians that are politicians should use the christian stance in politics for personnel gain or establishing a utopia on earth. I do believe as a Christian every area of my influence and life should hold fast to the teaching of the bible and my faith in God and by the grace of God with a clear conscience guide me to live a life of faith that is right in the eyes of God. In the case of public policy, I would support laws and legislation that are fair and reasonable. I do believe that there is definite difference between legal, public, social and biblical justice. I will support and defend the constitution. In regards to supporting public policy and legislation - as long as it is in accordance with the laws of God and U.S. Constitution and Bill or Rights.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
No Answer
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
The term conservative is defined as "a person who is averse to change and holds to traditional values and attitudes, typically in relation to politics." I am adverse to changing the U.S. Constitution, I support traditional family values and the U.S. Constitution. Depending upon "defined specifics" regarding economic, social, foreign policy, immigration and other issues. It would depend upon the issue language, as to which determination and stance I would take. I am not against "change" as long it is fair and just based upon truth. Regarding public policy, for example: Justice to me means (1)to treat people equitably. It means acquitting or punishing every person on the merits of the case, regardless of race or social status. It is giving people what they are due, whether punishment or protection or care (2)I support “the republic” (people) with legislation which will enable all individuals U.S. citizens to conduct all relationships in family and society with fairness, generosity.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Our Democracy is at risk. Pandemic, riots, murder, hate, uncertainty, national debt and confusion is tearing us apart. Some in our nation are advocating socialism. Decades of national and local leaders politically motivated legislation has exasperated the unrest. Gov't was never meant to establish a utopia. President G.F.said, "a gov't big enough to give you everything you need, is also big enough to take every thing you have". We need to resolve our problems, right the wrongs, vote out bad actors and return to truth or we will further hasten our own demise. Certainly there exists decades of legitimate hurt/wrong, yet too allow it control us leads to destruction. Running for office is being a voice and vote for justice, mercy, reconciliation, grace, truth, common sense and others. Thank you for your consideration. The Biblical GOD is the real only solution. Proverbs 3:5-8, Dan 2:20-22. Edmund Burke: "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men/women to do nothing.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I support the second amendment. There is enough laws on the books to cover restrictions. It is not the gun but it is mind and ideology of a law breaker or criminal that will never follow the law and will always use a gun/other weapon (if available) to commit a crime or murder or cause injury.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Neutral
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Legislation to address the U.S. Deficit, to: (1) limit the further printing of U.S. currency, (2) pay down the deficit in meaningful and positive ways, and also (3) eliminating obsolete and expensive Fed government programs (4)improve job and economic growth in the US. (5) audit and reduce the costs of all Fed government contracting (6) Put a mandatory retirement age limit on all Federal jobs. 2. Revision of the Jones act. Remove the US built component. Purchase new but lower cost ships from S. Korea, Japan and our other trading partners for commercial trade and military sea lift support. Expand global sea borne trade competition for goods and services. 3. Work on the restoration of the Hawaii economy, gathering all the stake holders together to work on the most efficient and viable solutions to restore Hawaii Tourism, small business, trade industries and add new jobs to the Hawaii economy.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Merriam-Webster's first definition of racism is “a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.” If we are using this definition, then people who use this term to promulgate a specific agenda to their advantage or for a cause, then I would say those very individuals or groups who commit violence, riots, inflict economic, physical or emotional harm, deny constitutional rights and liberties or abuse their power and authority are a threat to our communities, society and nation. Martin Luther King Jr. Stated: "We must learn to live as brothers, or perish as fools." Racism is a heart issue.
