QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Disagree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should only be allowed in the first 4 weeks of conception if its a known fact that that child will be deformed to an extent that it will not survive outside the mothers womb and also will cause death if the mother carries to term.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
There is a great amount of spending that is being done, for me to answer that honestly. I would have to look at the whole picture and not just a small picture of it.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Agree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Neutral
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
That they should not be intertwined with another, because if it is it will cause great conflict.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I believe healthcare is and can be affordable, through private pay. I believe dental is something all people need just as much as healthcare.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Disagree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Disagree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Neutral
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I believe the dreamers that came over when they were children should be allowed to becomes U.S citizens. They know, no other way and to take that away is not right. As for other immigrations issues, should be looked at an individual basis. Also in the United States we have a the duty to look after our current U.S citizens first and then look at how many should be allowed to come over.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Neutral
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Neutral
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian that believes that all people have a right to their beliefs as long it does not harm another human being. I am a person of integrity that takes pride in doing the right thing and fighting for that cause.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I am not extreme to one end to the other, to make something work, you have to look at it from all sides.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
My belief is that going to college isn't the only thing that qualifies you to hold office or run for office for that matter. Wisdom and having that knowledge to make good judgements is what makes a good leader. I got involved in politics several years ago when I saw first hand the inequality at the different levels of the government. Local, state and federal. I could not sit back and watch it happen, so I got involved personally to get things changed through my own districts senator and state representative. After 6 years of being involved in politics you learn a lot and whos in it for the right reason and who is not. The education I learned through experience and going to college combined with having a good business sense would make a great candidate to run for office and be elected.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am a person who believes in doing the right thing for everyone. The people need someone they can trust and do what they say they are going to do. I don't like broken promises, and if I don't have the answer for something I will tell them and will get the answer for them. I am a person of integrity and will hold the people I work with accountable for their actions.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
No
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Gun owners who have no felonies for any violent act should be allowed to own a gun. People who own multiple guns should have to validate their ownership every two years. First time gun owners should have to go through mandatory training to be able to own a gun.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Agree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Neutral
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
I need a little time on this answer, but I will have everything up on my website for further details.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism can and will be a threat to the United States if you allow every group out there to have their way. So many groups and individuals have their own opinion what racism is or looks like. Your going to have your extremists, but some people don't know how to respond to it and because of that they will just ignore it exists. That in itself will cause a huge conflict with all the groups out there. We need to get a handle on it now before it creates a problem beyond repair. We as a nation should be going forward not backwards.
