I grew up on a dairy farm and learned much about hard work, responsibility and so many other things. Have been married for 37 years and have been blessed with 12 wonderful children. Have been a carpenter all my life 22 years as a union carpenter in Local 1382. Small business owner for the last 13 years. Have been in the State Senate for 2 years and it has been an honor and a privilege to serve.

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
