QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am pro-life! I will protect the unborn and the elderly. Last year (2019) Ohio passed the heartbeat bill banning abortions after the heartbeat, Missouri passed the same type of legislation with many other states working the same, Alabama followed by banning abortions. Circumstances around when abortions should be allowed needs much debate by the people. I believe that a child is a gift from God.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

After careful review of all programs requesting tax funds, I would defund the following. Programs that are outdated, Programs that have failed, Programs that promote Sex Education K-12 (CSE). Cut back or defund public subsidies for trains (as a person I do not mind paying to ride). We must be very careful how we spend our tax funds so we can build a reserve.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. I believe we should not make laws that makes one religion better than another, in other words people should be able to believe in the religion of there choice, however we all must obey the laws of the land. Murder is a crime, theft is a crime and so on.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Health Care, we need to open the insurance markets and cut regulations. We must produce all our medical products in America, I will promote tax cuts for manufacturing of medical products in Minnesota. I will promote the lowering of medical cost.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

1. Must have a sponsor. 2. Must have a job. 3. Must pay Taxes from day one. 4. Must not be an Out-Law in their Country. 5. Must be ready to become an American Citizen. 6. Must support the US Constitution. 7. Must not be a burden on the tax payers.

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian, and do my best to live the values in the Holy Bible. I have made mistakes in my life just as everyone has, but I work at learning from my mistakes. I believe in one God and have attend many different Churches and found that most Christians believe the same with a few different approaches. I believe in all the commandments written in the Bible (not just the ten that most people know). I will not exploit God for personal gain, however I will from time to time use the written word of God to get a point across in much the same way that Trey Gowdy did in his pin drop speech (YouTube).

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Very Few! If you are a felon you may not have firearms. I do not support Red Flag Laws.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Neutral

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. Minnesota Tax Reform 2. Criminal Justice Reform 3. Education Reform 4. Election Reform

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I can only answer this with a statement of my belief. I do not discriminate against Religion, Race, Gender, Creed, however sometimes we need to discriminate with regards to age (legal age for Driving and voting for example) for safety reasons. Some people say reverse discrimination happens, however it is all discrimination and people need to look at people for who they are (people with feelings and needs). We all need to support all, the Constitution does not discriminate any of the above. Racism is bad from any angle and should not be, we are all God's people. The Laws of the Land should be the same for all. Racism makes people angry and we will have civil unrest.
