QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Disagree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, incest, the health of the mother. Government should respect a mother's right to privacy when dealing with serious issues such as the health of a mother and her child and we should differ to the judgement of a mother and her doctor.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Agree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Did not answer
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Disagree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Disagree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Disagree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
No Answer
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means that the government should not be endorsing one type of religion over another.
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Strongly Agree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
In the Ohio legislature I will continue to protect Medicaid expansion and find ways to make sure healthcare is affordable and accessible.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Disagree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Disagree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigrants help make our economy move. They are innovators, entrepreneurs, and very often the only ones who will do dirty jobs such as working in slaughterhouses or picking our produce. Our policy should respect the inherent dignity of every human being and make for an accessible, lawful process, for non-violent immigrants to make their way into our country.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Disagree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was baptized Catholic and attended Catholic pre-school, grade school, high school, and under-grad. My faith and my conscience informs my decisions with the beatitudes and the corporal works of mercy on the top of my mind.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
As a member of Fremont City Council I help manage a 60 million dollar budget, pass legislation, and work with the various city departments. In my private sector job I work on a wide array of legal projects and cases. Additionally I grew up in this district and have a strong connection with its people, tradition, and history. The combination of my current experience in both the private sector and public sector added to my law degree, makes me the most qualified person in this race for this position.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Did not answer
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
No
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Instant background checks, and limits on fully automatic weapons.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Agree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Neutral
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Neutral
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Restoration of Local Government funds to levels which allow communities to have enough police officers and firefighters, and to maintain the services that are essential for communities. 2. Increase the production of PPE in Ohio and in the 88th district so that our supply chain will never again be impacted by outbreaks across the world, and allow our district's residents to take advantage of the good paying manufacturing jobs that could result from the re-shoring of these industries. 3. Repeal HB 6 and replace it with a bill that benefits rate-payers instead of the big utilities. Unless HB 6 is repealed corporation will know that they can bribe legislators and get away with it.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes. Racism is the original sin of our country. As long as racism continues to cling to life in our country we will never be able to live up to our founding ideals.
