QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Looking at the ways people are being taxed and reevaluating them would be a priority. Some changes would be on how property tax is being evaluated. Property tax should be defined as if it was an empty building with the county appraiser performing an independent appraisal. Rather than using the sales price of a property. The way it is now doesn't take into account any "blue sky". Some purchases are made on non-real property value. Such as existing leases and revenues.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Removing over burdening regulation and shrink the footprint of Government should lower taxes. I would try to find ways to reduce budgets that may have unnecessary or reckless spending.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

The choice of college is up to each individual. You do not have to incur college debt to be successful in life. Many good paying jobs require no college degree.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

A privately owned business has been over regulated and burdened by governments inserting themselves into private matters. Privately owned businesses have the right to refuse service and cannot be pushed to go against their morals or beliefs.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

1st amendment: Congress shall make No Law Respecting an Establishment of Religion or Prohibiting the Free Exercise Thereof.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

(C) Medicaid and Medicare need to be looked at and redone. These programs have grown to trying to provide health care for all and compete with privately ran programs. Insurance is a benefit that many employers use to compete in business. Right now, it is a flawed system that some in government want to expand on. Expanding on a bad system only causes higher expense to taxpayer and provides substandard care. Many on Medicaid and Medicare have to purchase additional insurance for coverage.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Secure borders and investigate immigrants before allowing them to reside in the U.S..

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Many immigrants legally reside in the US and are being backlogged by illegal immigrants. Because of the huge caseload of illegal immigrants, it has taken legal immigrant's years longer than it should to become citizens. Poor border security allows cartels to add to drug and violence problem within the U.S. These drug and violence issues continue to burden the system and cause harm or death to U.S citizens.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Properly vetted Immigrants that are willing to work to become Citizens of the U.S.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

The money should follow the student and allow parents to make sure their children are getting the highest quality of education.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

The Declaration of Independence and the 1st amendment speak to the belief that faith and a creator are essential to how our government was formed. Freedoms including religious freedoms was one of the main reasons the founding fathers cited for preparing the Declarations of Independence. Morality and faith is what helped the founding fathers to determine the extent of action a new government should be allowed to control.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Racism is a social issue and is not limited to a color, race, religion or sexual orientation. The thought that you were born racist is absurd and there have been no studies to show that it is genetic.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Chrisian that believes in faith, family, and following the golden rule. All people are created equal and should be treated as equals.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

The integrity of our elections is essential for our government. Presenting an ID is not a disadvantage to anyone. It doesn't burden or cause someone to not vote.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Nationally I would like to see an ID required. Mail in ballots should be for a specific reason not just for convenience. Finally, all mail in ballots should be in by the 7 pm the day of the election. The people should not have to wait for extended amounts of time to know results.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Violent extremist are an issue for domestic security. Racism is a learned behavior that must be dealt with through education.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Giving funding based on a specific race is a form of grouping and causes divide in this country.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. Over regulations and restrictions have burdened industries across the board. The creation of unjust laws and regulations are a hindrance to not only the economy but to a persons everyday life. Regulations have grown to tell privately owned land owners what they can or cannot do on their own land.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

The U.S. needs to become less dependent on foreign oil and gas production. Depending on foreign production cost the American citizens and results in the U.S.A trying to make policy in foreign nations.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect the freedoms and rights of the Citizens of the United State of America.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have done forums and interviews but cannot say exactly where to find them online.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My legislative priories include lowering taxes, reducing spending, and keeping our freedoms safe from governmental overreach. Proper legislation can help with all of these priorities.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Neutral

It depends on the actions of that officer. Just because it is not against a specific policy doesn't mean that officer didn't know it was morally wrong.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Violent felons should be restricted from owning a firearm.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Disagree
