There are never circumstances with modern medical advances that make taking the life of a baby medically necessary. Therefore in childbirth taking the life of a baby is never needed to save a mother. It is always criminal to terminate the life of a pre-born baby. We must defend children, family and community.

Balancing the budget is essential for the Legislature to accomplish quickly. Eric Brown believes that an independent audit of the budget will reveal spending that contributes to abuse of citizens' faith and trust in elected legislators. Eric believes that a comprehensive audit will outline waste and fraud. Waste and abuse should end with enacting of sunset provisions. Sunset provisions will balance deficits and then should go to citizens across the state as credits.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The U.S. Constitution does not use the phrase "separation of church and state. The Establishment Clause is the basis for religious liberty. The Establishment Clause makes it clear that there is no national religion and there is no government intrusion on religion. I believe the statewide government should promote the right of all people to practice their religion in public. Faith is foundational to strong and thriving communities.

I would draw people to the Declaration of Independence, which guarantees the right to the pursuit of happiness. Affordable healthcare options are the very essence of happiness and the more affordable it is the more accessible. I propose that liberty allows patients and medical providers to drive personal medical decisions. The more private providers compete the more adequate or excellent the service is to patients.

The Constitution of Washington shows Eric Brown a qualified candidate based on the fact that he is a registered voter who lives in the district he seeks to serve. He does have experience and competencies to give his constituents the best in representative government. He has years of experience providing academic support services in a number of schools. Working 112 hours in a week recently, because leaders lead through service.

Washington needs Eric J. Brown a caring legislator who cares for all human life.

Thomas Jefferson showed that sensible gun ownership is a much larger issue than public safety. The security of our nation is at stake. If we lose our national freedom our cities will fall.

Second priority he will propose and or sponsor legislation calling for an independent financial audit of the budget ending waste, fraud and abuse. The third priority Eric will propose to author legislation affirming police agencies throughout the state to exercise their legal authority as sworn law enforcement officers. Investigations and inquests must guarantee due process for officers and get separated from unnecessary political/legislative interference and influence.
