OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE*

*Additional information was received after the evaluation was assigned and was not considered in the Panel Evaluations, therefore it is for additional educational purposes only.
RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

In the case of rape, incest or the mental or physical health of the mother. I believe the rules should be established that abortion is illegal and then allow exceptions on a case by case basis. Every human life matters.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

My focus would be anything that is in the budget that is connected to social issues. I would need to look at the budget to know better the best place to cut. I do know that this state has gone from 60 billion dollars a year to 120 billion dollars a year in just 6 years. I do know that there is a 9 billion dollar deficit and that to get through the needed cuts all departments and agencies of the state are going to feel it.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

This means that there cannot be a state sanctioned religion like the country we left in 1776.

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would promote free enterprise and competition. I believe that if the over 300 million Americans had many choices to choose from, then health care companies and hospitals would be fighting each other to get your business. This would most certainly increase the quality of the health care and reduce the premiums almost immediately.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

IMMIGRATION

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone, just as long as they fill out the paperwork and go through the right channels to come here legally. I do not support illegal entry to this country, and I do not support the lawless politicians in sanctuary cities

EDUCATION

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe In God and that all our rights and authority come from Him to the people. I believe in Jesus Christ and that through Him we have the ability to change and to be refined to be a better person.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have no formal education just life skill sets that I have acquired over the last 30 years in business. Throughout my life I have been mostly a small business owner but in the last ten years I have created and run successfully several multi million dollar companies with as many as 85 families working for me. I have had many successes and many failures through out the last 30 years, and the thing that I realize now is that failure has been the greatest teacher I have ever had. I have learned that when you fail, you always fail forward, and get back up and do it again. I believe that true failure is when you choose to not get back up and learn nothing from your experiences or don't use those experiences to help others.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I bring new energy to the 4th district, and I am about the people and small businesses. I am accessible and I will defend any constituent that has any problem regarding this states rules or laws. The rules and laws were created by other people who are no smarter than we are, and if the law or rule sucks then get a hold of me and let's change it. I am a family man that believes in God and I am excited to be able to represent without any BS the people of the 4th district.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Neutral

2ND AMENDMENT

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I think that there should be more focus on mental health when it comes to gun ownership, with that being the only exception. I believe in the 2nd amendment and I believe that we all have the right per the 2nd amendment to own as many guns and as much ammo as we want. We have the right to protect ourselves and our families.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Neutral

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Trim the Fat 1. The ability for Washingtonians to have legal recourse against government agents both personally and within the agencies they represent that are or have been Bad Actors, Predators or Bullies toward Small Business and their Officers/ Owners. These bad actors should not be able to hide behind the states protection when they have proven they are habitual abusers of the system. 2. Washingtonians to have legal recourse against both the Government and all search engines to remove any negative online content that is 5 years or older. I call this the 2nd change legislation. 3. Washingtonians to have the right to buy health insurance anywhere in the United States so as to open up more competition to reduce healthcare costs and increase the quality of health care.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
